Very friendly and well organised - Highly recommend trekking in Langtang with this company. We had Veer as our guide and he was amazing! I really struggled during the ascent and he was so patient and motivating. I would recommend booking the 10 day trek vs 7 day trek as it gives you more time to enjoy Kyanjin Gumba and not feel rushed.

Highly recommended trekking company and trek - Sonya and I (school friends from the UK) cannot rate this trekking company highly enough. They are a family business with Rabin at the helm. They come from a small village west of the Langtang Valley and are very experienced. Rabin was so responsive and helpful, answering all our questions. He makes sure that you are well cared for throughout your trip. Our guide was Veer (Rabin’s nephew). He was the kindest, most respectful gentleman, I have had the pleasure of knowing. He always had a big smile and looked after our every need. Our porter was Michael (Veer’s cousin). The relationship between them was lovely. Michael is just 18 and on a break from high school. His ambition is to be a guide and he will make an excellent one. The trek was beautiful. Starting in the forests and then opening up on the second day to reveal the expansive valley and snow capped mountains. The treks are tough but rewarding. Don’t come unprepared. You should be ready to walk multiple days up and down slopes, some are rocky and can be slippery. But around every corner, there is a view to die for. We climbed Tsergo Ri. It was tough over 4500 m altitude but the boys encouraged us to keep going slowly slowly. Many trekkers say the views from this mountain are the best they have seen in multiple trips to Nepal. As this was our first, we can’t compare. But it was amazing. Also be prepared for extremes in the accommodation. We stayed in a couple of lovely hotels/ guest houses. The first and last night in the Garden Inn was great. But the best was night 3 at Tip Top. At Lama hotel on Days 2 and 6, it was basic but you can pay for a hot shower in an outside shack. Also be prepared for any weather. We were lucky, but I’m sure it could be cold and wet. If I were to recommend one thing, it is to book your trip with Rabin. And if possible, book Veer as your guide.

Excellent trekking experience!!! - I had been joined the Everest Trekking Routes Ltd of (Langtang Goshaikunda Lake Trek for 14 days) on 2024/4/22, during the whole journey, my guide ( Mr Sandesh ) he always take care of me, and always cover of me, he willing always detailed explanation for the geography,culture,wild animals, special high attitude plants.........and some of the interests stories during on trekking, that all is my first time to heard it !!!! And he is a very very professional trekking guide, he always keep to trekking in front of me, and keep the road safe don't be get lost, sometimes when the horse and donkey or wild animals are crossing on the trek, he will made a quick decision to keep you safe,otherwise that would made danger. My guide ( Mr Sandesh) always keep to solve all the problems for me, once I am tire can walk very slowly so I can’t on time arrived at the hotel which were full booking already, so he quickly to arrange the other hotels for me, at last luckily he made it !!!!! so I don't need to keep walk far to the other hotels and can take a rest at the nearest one, that's he always keep arrange for me !!! At last day on trekking, I got sick and had a fever feel so cool and uncomfortable, he bring me a bottle of hot water and some fever medicine, after a rest day, I feel better and got the energy again !!! and finnished the trekking at the end back to Kathmandu. On the other hand, my porter (Mr Michael ) he is also helpful and friendly, he always trekking at my back during the whole journey and cover for me to keep me safe, (Michael) is a young man, he is very funny and always keep smiling, we always joking and sharing for the Nepal local culture for me, its so glad. At the end, I finnished the trekking and back to Hong Kong now, and I still to keep contact with them, and will get ready to join the EBC trekking with (Everest Trekking Routes Ltd) again, on coming November. That is a really wonderful trekking experience of my life, I believe that if I haven't My guide (Sandesh) & porter (Michael) for the fully support, that I can't be success the whole trekking, thx both of them!! and thx a lot !!! 我在2024年4月22日加入了Everest Trekking Routes有限公司的Langtang Goshaikunda湖14天徒步旅行。在整个旅程中，我的导游Sandesh先生一直照顾着我，时刻关心我，他总是愿意详细解释地理、文化、野生动物、特殊的高海拔植物等等，并分享了一些有趣的故事，这些都是我第一次听到的！ 他是一位非常非常专业的徒步导游，他总是走在我前面，确保路线安全，不会迷路。有时候当马、驴或野生动物穿过徒步路线时，他会迅速做出决策来确保你的安全，否则可能会有危险。 我的导游Sandesh先生总是解决我所有的问题。有一次我太累了，步行非常缓慢，以至于无法按时到达已经预订满房间的酒店，所以他迅速为我安排了其他的住宿，幸运的是他成功了！这样我就不需要走得很远去其他的酒店，可以在最近的酒店休息，他总是为我安排一切！ 在最后一天的徒步旅行中，我生病了，发烧感觉很不舒服，他给我带来了一瓶热水和一些退烧药。经过一天的休息，我感觉好多了，重新恢复了精力！最终完成了徒步旅行，回到了加德满都。 另外，我的搬运工Michael先生也非常乐于助人和友好，整个旅程中一直跟在我后面，保护我安全。Michael是一个年轻人，他非常幽默，总是面带微笑，我们经常开玩笑，分享尼泊尔的本地文化，这让我感到非常愉快。 最后，我完成了徒步旅行，现在回到了香港，我还与他们保持联系，并准备在11月再次与Everest Trekking Routes有限公司一起参加珠穆朗玛峰大本营的徒步旅行。 这是我一生中非常美妙的徒步旅行经历，我相信如果没有我的导游Sandesh和搬运工Michael的全力支持，我无法成功完成整个徒步旅行。非常感谢他们！非常感谢！

Langtang Trek in May is the Best - Excellent experience and good weather. Not many tourists during May. At some tea houses, we were the only customers. We made friends with the Tibetan tea house owners. We spent 3 nights in the mountains, 2 nights at Besi town. The tour costs 440 usd per person. We took the slow bus to Besi and it took 8 hrs. We took the jeep back and it took only 6 hrs.. 130 usd. Our guide and porter were very service minded. Highly recommend Everest Trekking Routes by Rabin, who has now become our trusted friend and advisor for traveling in Nepal.

Thanks for making my Nepal Trek dreams come true! - I feel very fortunate to have had Veer Gurung as my guide during my langtang valley trek! He was not only very helpful and supportive to me during the trek, but he also went above and beyond in helping many other trekkers along the trail. During our summit day of Tsergo Ri, we were met with a fair amount of snow. Veer pushed on when other guides may have shied away from the bad conditions. The next day, Veer was also willing to join me for an impromptu day hike not listed on the itinerary. Throughout the trek he expressed concern and care about my condition and was always looking out to make sure I was having a good time. It was also fantastic to meet some of his friends and family members at the teahouses along the trek. In all, thanks for making my Nepal trekking dreams come true! Notes about the Langtang Trek: This was my first trek in Nepal and I definitely recommend it, particularly if you can’t squeeze in one of the longer treks. With that said, I will now for sure be back to do other treks! The trek never felt too crowded, and I loved how the trek slowly got more and more scenic over time. It is the third most popular trek in Nepal for a reason. If you have ambitions of climbing Kyanjin Ri and/or Tsergo Ri I suggest spending a couple days (I spent 3 nights) in Kyanjin Gompa to give yourself time/flexibility. I was glad I had extra time to explore the area.

Unforgettable Langtang Valley Trek - Views were amazing. Contact with Rabin was terrific. Our guide Sandesh was very friendly, funny and felt so responsible. The best company you can imagine. Langtang valley trek review - We have had an amazing trek to the Lang Tang. It started with the pick up from the airport by Rabin, who perfectly prepared us for our endeavor. During the trek, our guide Sandesh and the porter (his uncle) professionally assisted us with all calamities and made our experience unforgettable. We have created a bond by playing cards together and their openness was highly appreciated. If I would do a trek in Nepal again, I would reach out to them again.

Great Nature & Wonderful Staff - Robin handled the entire trekking itinerary smoothly, including airport pickup/drop off. He was accurate in its trekking schedule and I was very satisfied with everything. In particular, Mr. Bolen, who was my trekking guide, always paid attention to my safety during the 7-day trekking and provided me with a lot of help, care as I slightly suffered from symptoms of high-altitude sickness, so I was able to complete the trek safely till the end. Robin and his team are highly recommended to anyone who wants to trek the beautiful nature and vast Himalayas. Thank you and hopefully visit you soon in the near future.
