Drive to Soti Khola from Kathmandu.
Soti Khola - Breakfast at Hotel, Kathmandu and drive to Arughat by bus, it is approx. 6 hours drive by Prithvi Highway till Malekhu and heading to Dhading Bensi, district headquarter of Dhading district after continue to Arughat, a large prosperous bazaar in central Nepal on the banks of the Buri Gandaki River. Continue from Arughat to Sotikhola along the bank of Buri Gandaki river, it takes approx. 3 hours.
Trek to Machha Khola
Manaslu - The trail crosses the bridge and climbs onto a ridge above the huge rapids of the Buri Gandaki. The trails continue over a big rock and crosses a long bridge again before descends back to the bank of Buri Gandaki. The journey passes again on a steep rocky trail clinging to the side of a cliff then up and around to the Gurung village of Labishe and beyond to the river to reach Machha Khola.

Mt. Manaslu is located in Nepal’s Gorkha District and rises to 8,163 meters. Manaslu lies just east of the famed Annapurna Region and shares a border with its northern neighbor, Tibet. Opened to trekkers recently, Manaslu’s unsurpassed beauty and rich blend of Tibetan and Nepali cultures offer the dedicated trekker a genuine adventure. This is a difficult trek that requires us to be very isolated from any sort of modern facilities. The trek reaches high elevations and has the opportunity to view rocky and mountainous landscapes and aqua blue-green glacier lakes. You will understand why this area has always been a favorite mountaineer’s playground.
