Trek from Deng to Namrung 2660 m – 7/8 hrs.
Gorkha - The morning trek from Dyang leads to cooler regions with increased altitude. The route ascends to a riverside at Bihi Bazaar, a small village. The trek continues past Banjham, Lhi, and Sho, with an ascent to Shrimp village and Lo Gaon, offering excellent views of Manaslu’s North Face.
Trek from Namrung - Shyala 3,520 m – 7/8 hrs.
