Fly to Pokhara, Trek from Kande to Pitam Deurali (B/L/D) 3-4 hours.
Pokhara - An early morning flight from Kathmandu will take you to Pokhara, Nepal’s second-largest city, nestled among the stunning Annapurna mountain range. From Pokhara, you’ll enjoy a scenic 45-minute drive to Khande, the starting point of your trek. As you begin your trek on foot, you’ll traverse terraced fields and lush forests, gradually ascending to Pitam Deurali, a small mountain settlement. The trek offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and opportunities to interact with local villagers and experience the region’s unique culture. You’ll spend the night at a teahouse or lodge in Pitam Deurali, enjoying a warm meal and a well-deserved rest.
Trek Pitam Deurali to Forest Camp (B/L/D) 5-6 hours.
Annapurna Region - Your journey continues as you depart from Pitam Deurali and trek deeper into the wilderness. The trail winds through dense forests of rhododendron and oak, with occasional glimpses of towering peaks through the foliage. As you gain altitude, the landscape changes, with alpine vegetation becoming more prevalent. After several hours of trekking, you’ll arrive at Forest Camp, a tranquil haven surrounded by towering trees and pristine nature. Here, you’ll spend the night under the starlit sky, enjoying the peaceful ambiance of the mountains.
Trek Forest Camp to High Camp (B/L/D) 6-7 hours.
Annapurna Region - Today’s trek takes you to even greater heights as you ascend towards High Camp. The trail becomes steeper and more challenging, but the effort is rewarded with breathtaking views of the Annapurna and Machapuchare mountain ranges. Along the way, you may encounter yak herders and fellow trekkers, adding to the sense of camaraderie and adventure. Arriving at High Camp, you’ll be greeted by panoramic vistas of snow-capped peaks and vast valleys below. Here, you’ll spend the night, surrounded by the awe-inspiring beauty of the Himalayas.
Excursion to Mardi Himal Base Camp and Trek to Bandal danda (B/L/D) 6-7 hours.
Annapurna Mountain Range - One of the highlights of your trek awaits as you embark on an excursion to Mardi Himal Base Camp. Rising early, you’ll set out on a challenging but rewarding journey, trekking through rugged terrain and snowy slopes to reach the base camp at an elevation of 4,500 meters. The views from Mardi Himal Base Camp are truly spectacular, with panoramic vistas of towering peaks and cascading glaciers stretching as far as the eye can see. After soaking in the awe-inspiring scenery and capturing memories to last a lifetime, you’ll begin your descent to Bandal danda, where you’ll spend the night, reflecting on the unforgettable experiences of the day.
Trek from Badal Danda to Pokhara via Siding Village (B/L) 6-7 hours.
Pokhara - Descending from the high mountains, you’ll retrace your steps towards Pokhara, passing through the picturesque village of Siding along the way. The trail winds through terraced fields, quaint villages, and lush forests, offering glimpses of rural life in the Himalayas. As you descend, the air becomes warmer, and the landscape transforms once again, with subtropical vegetation becoming more prevalent. Arriving in Pokhara, you’ll bid farewell to the mountains and settle into your accommodation, where you can relax and rejuvenate after your trek.
Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu (B/D)
Mardi Himal - The drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu offers a scenic journey through Nepal’s diverse landscapes. Departing from Pokhara, we embark on a road trip that takes us through picturesque valleys, terraced hillsides, and charming villages. As we traverse the winding roads, we are treated to panoramic views of the Himalayan peaks and lush countryside. Along the way, we may make stops at scenic viewpoints or roadside eateries to enjoy local delicacies and stretch our legs. As we approach Kathmandu, the bustling capital city comes into view, with its vibrant streets and bustling markets. Finally, we arrive in Kathmandu, where we settle in for the evening, enjoying a delicious dinner and reflecting on the adventures of our journey.

The Mardi Himal Trek is a simple yet thrilling trekking path located in Nepal’s Annapurna region. This trek leads you to the eastern part of the Annapurna range and Mt. Machhapuchhre (6997m). It has garnered a fair amount of popularity due to its relatively short length and the opportunity to explore the Gurung culture. Additionally, the trek presents awe-inspiring mountain views from both the Annapurna and Lamjung Himal ranges.
The journey commences with a car trip from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Following day, you proceed to Phedi by car and start your trek towards Pothana. Afterward, you continue your trek to the forest camp at Kokar via Deurali, with the spectacular views of Machhapuchhre (6997m) and Mardi Himal (5553m) along the way. Subsequently, you set forth towards the Low camp and continue further north to the High Camp. The next day, your trek leads to the Mardi Himal Base Camp. Here, you can savour the vistas of Annapurna South (7219m), Machhapuchhre (6997m), and Annapurna I (8091m). Finally, you make your descent to the Siding village and get a taste of the Gurung culture and way of life.
