It was a very satisfying mountain flight that lifted my anxiety. - I couldn't fly on time and had to wait about 2 hours to get the weather back. It was worth it, and I was able to enjoy the "Himalayas" in wonderful weather I was worried that some seats might block my view. such seats are vacant, and no passenger may be assigned to I was impressed by the attention that was given to ensuring that there was enough visibility. It was a bit of a high-priced Buddha Air mountain flight, but from early morning The pick-up and drop-off service was good, and I was very happy to take the plunge as it was a lifetime memory.

Totally worth it - It's totally worth the $200 for the flight. Everest is only part of the show, as you see a whole bunch of >25,000 foot peaks along the way. We had a stunning day with unlimited visibility and zero turbulence. It was beyond stunning and awe inspiring. Everyone gets a window seat, so it doesn't really matter where you sit. But on the margins, I would say the right side is better. Once you pass Everest, the plane turns North towards the mountains. So the right side gets a closer view. Don't miss out.

5+ stars, once in a lifetime experience - I was lucky my hotel was able to get me in as flights were sold out. Please book in advance. There are three local airlines that do these mountain flights, Buddha Air is the best. The ticket is about U$s250 to 300 and worth every penny. Flights are daily, but leave at about 6am and you are back in domestic arrivals by 8am. Plan to arrive earlier to choose the seats. I recommend the very last rows to avoid the plane engines. The views are just outstanding. The flight attendants are excellent and they show each passenger each mountain. And help you take the best photos if needed. I highly recommend this experience. If weather is not good, flights might cancel but you get a refund. Just excellent. I wish there were more stars than five. Ground crew, check in, everyone is welcoming, professional and accommodating. Thank you for making this experience a most memorable one.

A memorable flight - I went on this mountain flight as it was the best way for me to experience the Mount Everest as I had limited time. I think it’s a must do to experience Everest in some form while traveling in Nepal. For me this flight was the best option. The view of the mighty Himalayas and the Everest mountain was truly breathtaking in the morning light. Every passenger gets a window seat and the pilot and the crew explain all the ranges of mountains that we pass by and what to look out for. When Everest comes into view, it is such a magical moment. It was an early start, but Kunjan meticulously planned every little detail of my trip and he was punctual in the morning and all I had to do was show up to enjoy this memorable experience. I highly recommend this flight to anyone who wants to experience this flight over the Himalayas.

Mesmerizing View of the Mighty Himalayas - Wonderful experience, breathtaking views, forgot to take pictures for some time. The flight attendant very patiently was pointing out the peaks as we passed by. A visit to the cockpit by turns are allowed as the aircraft approached Mt Everest. What a view. It is the closet i have been to the highest peak in the world.

Must Do - The early morning 'Mountain View' fight is a must do, if you are keen on a view of the big mountains, especially Everest. You get to see the entire range starting with Langtang Lirung, then going all the way to Makalu, before turning back. Views are better when returning, so opt for a seat on the right hand side of the plane. You also have the cabin crew patiently pointing out each mountain to you. The only downside is that some windows have scratches, so it is difficult to get good pictures at times.

Total vest - 300 euros for a normal flight that runs parallel to the Himalayan mountain range, long distance and without flying over it at any time. On any commercial route you can see in much more detail a mountain from the air and with more spectacular panoramas. It's not worth it at all. It is better to watch for the window when arriving or leaving Kathmandu: surely the views will be better.
