This area boasts a variety of terrains, climate shifts alongside a rich cultural heritage and unmatched beauty. The journey starts from Chautara, a 3-4 hour picturesque drive from Kathmandu. Chautara is a home to highlander Sherpa and Tamang communities. The trek begins from an altitude of 1,400m and ascends to 4,000m at Panch Pokhari, a rarely visited pilgrimage site. Since this region is less frequented by western trekkers, it offers a unique and rewarding exploration experience. The trek then winds around the Helambu area and concludes in the outlying region of Kathmandu Valley.
