Our trip begins early in the morning from Kathmandu to Nagarkot for a magnificent sunrise view from the view tower (2195 meters above sea level).
After about ninety minutes, we reach the Nagarkot View Tower. After enjoying the sunrise and panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains, we will take you to breakfast at the nearest place from the view tower. After breakfast, we will take you to the cultural city of Bhaktapur, one of the oldest cultural heritage cities in Nepal.
The ancient city of Bhaktapur, also known as Bhadgaon in the old days, is adorned with the vibrant colors of Newari culture and rich architectural wonders.
In terms of distance, it is located just about 14 kilometers east of Kathmandu and has comparatively less traffic than Kathmandu. Like Kathmandu and Patan, Bhaktapur also has its own magnificent Durbar Square (palace plaza), which is open to the public and welcomes tourists. It is, in fact, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The 55 Window Palace (Pachpanna Jhyale Durbar), Golden Gate, Nyatapola Temple, Bhupatindra Malla’s Statue, Pottery Square, and Peacock Window are the main attractions of our tour in Bhaktapur city.
