Colorful momo - Really fun experience making homo momo. I was the only person who joined the cooking class session but still it’s so fun. Thank you to my guide Prajeet who picked me up at my hotel lobby on time and to Aayam for teaching me how to roll those homo momos at your home. We ate the colorful momos at the end of the cooking session, and it’s served steam and fried. Queer or not, this tour is a must try.

Not your ordinary Momo - As a straight man and lifelong ally, I embraced Queemandu’s motto that “straight roads are boring” and decided to take the plunge. Forget about plain white momos - this experience was epic! Cheers to Prajeet for being such a great guide.

Homo Momo!!! - Homo Momo was so cute and fun!! I went with my partner. Prajeet was so much fun to talk with and a great translator for us and the local family that hosted us. Very special that Joey was able to join today as well! The local family was so kind and “Uncle” used to own a momo restaurant and the momos were the best we have had our entire time in Nepal! All of the ingredients were fresh from the garden and they used natural veggies and spices to dye the food pride colors! Really fun to learn about the queer culture in Kathmandu and to feel so safe as a queer couple. Prajeet was definitely the most fun guide I’ve had the whole trip. Thank you so much for the special day! We will be back to book another trip with you!!

Absolutely magical time... - I genuinely wasn't expecting to have such a vibrant experience. I am a solo traveller, and usually my experiences are limited to very commercial stuff. But this one... Wow. It felt like everything was catered to me. We started by a small introduction (we spoke online first). Then I was asked about my interests and what perks my mind. I was offered to either custom design my experience, or show me the usual plan. You better believe I chose a custom design one, and I had the time of my life. First, we went for a light bite, we spoke some more... And then we went and explores Nepal .. wow. I did not know Kathmandu can be so complex and intricate. The history is mond boggling. The shops... BUY AN EMPTY BAG you will need it. The silk, cashmere, cotton, and wool.... Wow. I bought so many scarves, earrings, memrobelia, shirts, handbags, I even bought wood work that would've cost me a FORTUNE where I am from. My guide was lovely, and I felt so safe with him, also, I met his amazing friends, and random acquaintences.. I connected with them online, and now we are friends. Man... I had the time of my life.

Momos of many colors and flavors - The class was a ton of fun and taught me so much. I was able to learn all the different shapes for making momo and even got to make different colors which I had never seen. We made both vegetarian and chicken momos. Afterwards we all hung out on a beautiful rooftop and ate the mono and discussed so many things. It felt like a truly authentic experience where I felt welcomed and safe. I will definitely be doing this again next time I'm in Nepal. Aayam is such a great guide and host and is incredibly accommodating to all of our questions and needs. He even gave us a lot of advice for what to do in Chitwan which was above and beyond.

Wholesome Momo Making Workshop 🥟✨ - I took part in this Nepali momo-making experience while in Kathmandu (late Feb), and it was an amazing experience with Prajeet (plus Uncle and Aunty!). This was an intimate experience - as it was just me, but it was a great opportunity to learn new skills on how to make my own dough, roll the momo wrappers, and color them with natural extracts from veggies or tea. They were very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, making the experience very enjoyable. Although the idea of momos was not foreign as I eat them regularly in NYC, I gained a newfound appreciation for the craft and the effort that goes into making them from scratch. Overall, I highly recommend this momo-making experience to anyone interested in learning more about Nepali cuisine and having a fun time doing it. I would also love to give a shout-out to Prajeet who really sat down and explained a lot of the background of momos and more on Nepali cuisine and culture, thank you again!

Honst guide and optimistic tour! - The guide was honest. On the trekking, took care of my conditions. That was so nice to enjoy the first trekking in Nepal. In addition he knows well about the history and geography and politics of Nepal. That was also nice to know Nepal. I i point out more suggestion, i expected him more detailed suggestions. like trip plan by excel sheets or so, cuz my travel schedule was so tight. On the other hand, he prepared a small meeting to adjust the tour on the day before the tour to take off my scare. I absolutely ask him to guide me when i visit Nepal next time.
