Super Fun! - It was a lot of fun! The park is clean, staff are very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed it. there are many different exiting rides! We are a group of six people and spent time almost 5 hours. I would highly recommend this water park in Phuket❤️

Brilliant day out - Amazing day out, drinks expensive inside, and you can’t take your own but the park is fantastic for all ages. Great in all weathers, we went on a rainy day.

A nice day out - Ok. So there are lots of slides. The big wave pool is cool. There are some swim up bars. Lots of staff around. The issue is the queue time is ridiculous at times for no reason. Contactless payment is helpful.

Amazing! - Andamanda was amazing! So clean and well run, rides are awesome. However, for the price I would expect more rides and less lines.

Good water park - more suited for younger families - The water park is of decent size and plenty of rides, queues were short when we visited (Tuesday). The rides were a little tame for our liking, but the facilities at the site are great. Would recommend more for those with younger families

You can do it sometime - Price for admission rather high, just under 2'000 baths p. Person. Definitely go very early, right on the parking opening preferably about 15min. before. The cool slides are already completely full from 11.00 am. D.h. Waiting times of loose 30-40min. It's also moving very slowly. Security, however, is very important. Lifeguards monitor everything. I still have to think about whether I will go a second time. Otherwise the park is very nice and clean. The food was not really convincing, but it is not the main focus.

Worst day of the holiday - such a shame. - Visited this week - family with teens. Pre bought tickets (expensive) online, but still had to queue over an hour in the soaring heat to enter. This is because there is a cash free policy so you have to preload a wristband with money before buying anything. Only 8 tills open despite 1000s of people in the queue. People pushing in the queue - staff didn’t notice. Water is confiscated on entry under the excuse of saving plastic - only to force you to buy reusable water bottles for circa £10. Only 250mls capacity and you have to queue at a bar - waiting behind customers ordering food - every time you want a refill. As a previous reviewer notes - this is inhumane in these temperatures. Once inside you have to queue again to put money on your card, and again to buy a locker (200 baht each!) So finally you’re in the park and guess what - massive queues for every ride and slide. In part because there aren’t enough rings and tubes that are needed for the rides, so you have to wait at the bottom to grab one off someone coming down. Then you’re standing on a concrete tower for 40 mins until at last it’s your turn for 30 seconds fun. I hated being weighed every ride. I’m self conscious about my weight as but obviously nowhere near the 136kg limit. This process of weighing everyone (my skinny daughter only weighs 40kg) every ride slows the process down. The whole park was just inefficient. Wave machine was underwhelming - the sea is better and free. Lifeguards are dressed head to toe in in black sun protection gear including masks - look like the execution squad in ‘Squid game’ which is intimidating. Lazy river was ok and no queue. At the end if you want to recover the remaining money on your wristband there’s another queue. We have visited several water parks in Europe and the US - this park needs better leisure management and free water available.

Never Again - This was the worst theme park experience I’ve ever been to. We had to wait almost 1.5 hrs in the sun to actually just get into the park on a soaring hot day mind you where they won’t even let you keep your water, I found that almost in humane. The queues were also really long and unbearable for the rides, the food and drinks so over priced, it was such an expensive over priced day. We left early as we couldn’t even find a spot to sit near the pools I mean . . . Our Thai holiday has been perfection except for this. Ditch this theme park for something more cultural or beachy if you are considering it. It was just horrible. We walked out disgusted and relieved to be out of there to be honest. Terrible experience.

Disappointing Ticket Policy – Beware of Hidden Details - I purchased tickets for Andamanda Waterpark Phuket through Viator, and while the park itself was enjoyable, the ticketing policy left me disappointed. Upon arrival, I was informed that children are charged based on height, not age. This was unexpected, as the tickets I purchased were categorized by age. My 6-year-old son, who is taller than 121 cm, was charged an adult ticket price, despite me booking a ticket for the 3–11 age group. This resulted in an additional charge of 600 THB per child at the reception. I spent 30 minutes trying to resolve this, only to be directed to the "Additional Info" section, where it was mentioned at the bottom that ticket prices are based on height, not age. If the park charges based on height, it’s misleading to sell tickets categorized by age. This caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. While the waterpark itself is fantastic and offers a great experience, I recommend carefully reading all the fine print before booking to avoid surprises.
