Over the course of about an hour and a half, participants will navigate the rapids and explore natural pools, where they can swim and leap from the riverbanks.
Throughout the journey, there is a chance to encounter a diverse array of wildlife, including sloths, frogs, butterflies, and numerous bird species, thanks to the rich vegetation surrounding the Río Celeste. A knowledgeable local tour guide, familiar with the river’s rapids and the entire adventure, will accompany the group at all times. The experience typically lasts around an hour and a half or a bit longer.

Good Times, Great Guides - Tubing with these guys was a great experience. There were 6 of us, 2 grandparents and 4 grandkids ages 18 - 22. We all had so much fun and spotted a few birds even though it was raining the entire time. We would definitely do this again! This is NOT a lazy river experience, there are rapids interspersed with calm areas but the guides have a system that makes it pretty safe.

Tubing Rio Celeste with Best Team! - Linberg and Christian were amazing! I had major doubts that my wife would go tubing, was her first experience and Linberg made wife feel so at ease that she wants to go again! If you knew how affraid she was prior you understand my shock. Highly resommend this team! Even got to have dinner with this amazing family

It was a wonderful experience, cold and fun, I couldn't stop laughing and the landscape was beautiful - It was an exciting tour, I had never done anything like this, I loved the experience and the treatment we were given, it was very nice and fun, the guides are friendly and charming, with incredible professionalism, they make the tour fun, they are watching with everyone and provide a magnificent experience, if you do not know what to do in Rio Celeste I definitely recommend 100% this tour, it is the best experience you can have.

No complaints all excellent, thank you for treating us ticos so well. The photo shows how much fun we had - Very good the tour I loved and would do it again, the attention of the guides excellent accompanied at all times and taking care of the integrity of each one. We took many photos until the rain was enjoyed. Thank you so much for such beautiful attention for the ticos.

Tubing on the Rio Celeste - We had a great time tubing on the Rio Celeste with Milton and Alex. They were great guides. They really know the river and how to guide the tubes. We also opted for the lunch afterwards. Lunch consisted of very fluffy rice, black beans, sweet plantains, egg, salad, and choice of a protein. as well as water and pineapple juice.
Everyone at Costa Rica Authentic Experiences, a family operation, grew up in the area, went to school at the local school and played in the Rio Celeste. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable.
This tour is a great value for the money. I highly recommend booking through Costa Rica Authentic Experiences!
