Best ever experience- with an amazing driver and tour guide! - We made a 9-day trip in October to Sri Lanka and we were looking for a driver- who could help us with the tips and also that we make most of our trip. We had a route Colombo- Galle- Tangalle- Mirissa- Ella (amazing bridge and train ride)- Nuwara Eliya (tea factories) and back to Colombo with a car. Samera from Sanali tours helped us so much! Without him it would not be possible to see so many things in a short time and also the trip wouldn't be that pleasant and safe. He even drove my friend to the hospital at 10pm! and was always there for us in need. Not to mention taking photos of us and giving us local tips that you should not miss on! All in all, would 100% recommend and if we come again to Sri Lanka, we will contact him again! :)

He is literally the most helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable person I‘ve met on my journeys so far. Before our tour I‘ve discussed the itinerary with him. He was always available for messaging/phone calls, showed patience with my questions and provided all the necessary informations. He waited for us at the airport, provided us with sim cards and showed us a nice dinner place before driving to Galle. The most impressive thing was Sameeras flexibility with our schedule, as we made some little changes. Unlike other drivers he was always available, even late at night. He drove me to the hospital at 10 PM because of my injury, which I‘m very thankful for. His driving skills were amazing, we always felt safe in his comfortable car. We faced a battery problem on the highway to Tissa, which caused the car to stop. Despite the problems Sameera immediately organized a driver for us, so that we arrive in Tissa on time. He also arranged money exchanges for a great price. As Nuwara Eliya is his home city we‘ve enjoyed some local gems which other tourists don‘t get to see. Especially the tea plantation tours were great, which we couldn‘t do in this itinerary without him. Last but not least, we felt perfectly safe with him through the entire trip. I‘m pretty sure this trip wouldn‘t be that good without him. Thank you once again for the great time with you!

Perfect! - We did a 14 days tour with Sameer. He’s an excellent driver, so kind and helpful! He drives safely and he did everything to make us happy. And we are! We went first at Anuradhapura (and to the beautiful site of Mihintale). Then we have spend good time in Uppuvelli beach, near Trincomalee, and Sameer help us to book a snorkeling tour to Pigeon Island. Then we went to Sigiriya, and on the way we have visited the site of Medigiriya. 3 days in Sigiriya and Sameer show us nice restaurants and nice places. He booked for us a safari at Minneriya and a nice village tour. After that, go to Kandy, via Dambulla. Just one night in Kandy and go to Ella, where Sameer show us beautiful waterfalls. Finally, back to Negombo. On the way, we saw the beautiful view from Lipton’s seat. What a nice journey! We highly recommand Sanaali tours everyone!

Knuckles Mountain Range Hiking Experience - Myself and my friend spent 2 days hiking in the Knuckles Mountain Range with Sameera. We really enjoyed our time and would highly rate this experience to anyone wishing to find some peace and quiet in the Sri Lankan jungle. Sameera was very aware of the potential dangers experienced by two women, and was extremely helpful and considerate of our needs and wishes. His friendly, easy-going nature augmented our trip, as well as his knowledge of nature and the landscape. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Sri Lanka and would recommend this to anyone who is interested in visiting the beautiful Knuckles Mountain Range.
