No hassles or stress for vacationers - Great booking and guided tour. The tour was originally scheduled for Thursday but due to a miscommunication with the tour operator I missed my pick-up. The tour operator rebooked the tour for the following day without any further hassles and we were able to complete the tour. Very professional guides and operators all-around!!!

Had a wonderful day! Thank you Josue - We had a full day experience! We were at the first stop at Oasis Hotel. There are other buses and people there so we got confused who our driver is and Josue came in and help us find our bus. During the tour, opting for plus meant free drinks which came in handy as it was HOT! I really enjoyed the day. I see some people complaining about stopping at other hotels to pick others up, but I don’t understand how they want others from all over the hotel zone to join? It was no problem Chichén Itzá was awesome, guide was great. Again it’s hot, take every advice Josue tells you cos he knows what’s talking about. Cenote was great. The Mayan village stop was awesome for lunch. Overall great experience

Unforgetable experience - Fascinating, the view was majestic and the guide was very attentive, despite there being many people at the destination, he knew how to guide us and explain each of the parts that make up the place such as the ball game area.

This tour included more... - This tour included more activities than we expected to be. The Mayan ceremony was good but the selling of the Mayan birth certificate and local products was taking too long. It was because we were taken to a place which is 1/2 hour away from Chicken Itza that it used up extra 1 hour travel time for this activity. The meal included in the tour was worth trying, but drinks were expensive. ($29usd for 3 mixed juice drinks) The tour guide at the Chicken Itza did a great job explaining interesting history and information of Chicken Itza. Beware to pay for life jacket and locker at the cenote even they were not listed as non included items. Also, the bus was cramped that the seat space is very small and they tried to fill up the whole bus as much as possible. This was not a 12 hours tour, from the time they picked us up at the hotel to drop off it took 14 hours (7am -- 9pm)!

Cenote was incredible. The rest, not so much. - The tour is of 52 people. Picking up at the various hotels in the morning took 2 hours, as we were the first pickup. We stopped in Valladolid for 20 minutes, which made no sense. Why bother for such a short time? We would have liked to spend an hour there, and skip the tourist trap “Mayan village”. We spent too long in the Mayan village, and it felt like a trap. No drinks included…. Then to Chichén, where our guide was only so-so. The best part of the tour was swimming in the Cenote!! Would do a tour again, but of only cenotes.

Excessively commercial - Fully commercial excursion. We are summoned at 7am but we are picked up half an hour late by a van without air conditioning in which we spend half an hour more picking people up. We reach a point (next to our hotel) where we have to wait for another half hour in the sun for the bus to arrive. On the bus they explain many interesting things about the Maya, but they also have a good time trying to sell some papers with our date of birth. We are transferred to a restaurant in a small Mayan village prepared entirely to sell, rather than eat. Food is scarce, in an open-air place where the heat burns, and drinks are paid for at the gold price. Thus the morning passes and the purpose of the excursion does not begin until the afternoon. The tour of Chichen Itza and the visit to the cenote very well. The stop in Valladolid was only 20 minutes, so it didn't give much... I recommend transportation on your own and avoid the commercial end of this excursion
