The show was AMAZING! Incredibly talented musicians and dancers and very entertaining to watch. - The show was AMAZING! Incredibly talented musicians and dancers and very entertaining to watch. We heard beautiful stories across Polynesia and how fire was integral to their way of life and how they celebrated fire. The food is ok, but honestly, buy your ticket to see the fire show, and think of the food as a bonus. I think a lot or reviews that rate below 5* for shows (inc Luau’s), rate them low because of the food, at least that’s what I gathered from reading loads of reviews of varies shows on Kauai. So I would say, ignore anyone who rates this show less than 5*;) Talented, fun, impressive and a fantastic night out. Your ticket pays for a brilliant show, and there is bonus of some fairly good food and a couple of drinks:)

Fire show itself was terrific. Skip the other portions. - The food, as other reviews have stated, is underwhelming. The floor fan was in use from the very beginning. The constant onslaught of unrelenting wind on our faces was tiring for this indoors event. The fire show itself was awesome. I wish we had skipped the dinner and the show leading up to the fire show. However the performers looked like they were enjoying their time on stage and that was great.

Good - Fire Show was great, just a little sad it wasn’t outside, it was in a banquet room After the show we got to take photos with the group, they are all very nice 😊

We left early - Listen, the staff were SO friendly, the performers were SO sweet. I do not want to write such a poor review but this show is expensive and really not worth it. The food was GROSS. Could not eat more than one bite of each buffet offering and we are adventurous eaters. We left early because it felt like bingo at the community center. This show was highly recommended to us so we're hoping it was just an off night.

Disappointed - I wouldn't recommend this luau. The show would be fine if it were free and performed at a retirement community. It's held inside at a resort that is 30 years past its prime. I spent $175 per person and feel like I was robbed. Sweet people are doing their best to entertain, but this show is not what is advertised. Any other luau choice would be a better option. The food was adequate, a typical buffet style that you find anywhere for much less. I wouldn't spend your hard earned dollars here.
