• 3875 Kawelo St - You will be outfitted with safety gear. A safety briefing and the basics on rappelling. You will hike/scramble through a lush jungle. You get to enjoy the cool refreshing pools and streams in total isolation in the outback. And when fruits are in season you may try some of the plant species that the Polynesians introduced to Hawaii. You will get to rappel three (4) waterfalls [97’ 30’ 17’ 75’+30’] into main jungle canyon. And couple more things, this is not canyoneering or canyoning, it is a “Hawaiian style” rappel adventure with a native guide.

You will be guided by an indigenous professional guide from the islands, including yours truly, Da Hawaiian Dundee, Charlie. He was the first person to introduce, engineer and train the first Rappel company called Da life Outdoor (island Adventures) on Kauai which still operates today. He also trained and gave instructions to the contestants and trainers in NBC “Biggest loser” and MTV reality show “Are You The One” teaching them how to rappel safely off their 60 foot waterfall when they filmed episodes on Kauai. And he still highly recommends that you try that companies rappel adventure since he left part of his legacy there…
