Safari Helicopters was great! Trip Advisor's description is wrong and needs to be updated! - The experience with Safari Helicopters was first rate; We had a great time. But your description is out of-date and Trip Advisor did not indicate that Safari has a shuttle bus from the airport and from the Pier. Instead, it states that it is our responsibility to get there 40 minutes earlier than was required. We could have saved a $20+ taxi ride if this information was provided ahead of time. You need to update your posts with current information.

Amazing - The whole excursion was wonderful. Seen such beautiful things. It was amazing to see the water falls.

Spectacular - Leader pilot, very welcome, breathtaking scenery. Complete island tour, waterfalls, canyon, napali... If you have the budget, do absolutely.

Breathtaking views - Howie was a fantastic pilot and tour guide. The views were breathtaking. Best way to see Kaua'i is from the air.

Best helicopter tour (and landing!) available -- great pilot/guide, GREAT overall experience! - This was a great choice for a helicopter tour of Kauai! What separated it from other choices was landing in the canyon and getting out for a photo op and more information about Kauai from our pilot/guide. You get to see everything and our pilot was most skilled and literally brought us right into every feature. He also had a great soundtrack for the adventure! This is the second time I've taken a helicopter tour (the other was Vegas) but this one was lightyears beyond that very good experience! My son and his fiancee were along and it truly made their trip (especially since they were kids when the original Jurassic Park movies were out). Can't recommend this more highly to anyone! The pick-up location in Li'hue is easy to find and has great parking and the check in process and shutting to/from the airport with the staff was amazing!

Amazing trip! - Amazing experience!! We were rescheduled a few times due to weather conditions but so glad we got to do the tour! Best part of Kauai!

Awesome! Definitely a must see! - Eric was our pilot and was very knowledgeable. The stop was wonderful with Mr Robinson there to show us his endangered plants. This was an unforgettable trip.

A nightmare company. I ended up with no helicopter tour and a lot of stress during my vacations!!! - A nightmare company. I ended up with no helicopter tour and a lot of stress during my vacations!!! The highlights: • They changed our scheduled time by 2 hours without our consent • Their employee told our group of 6 (4 + 2, me and my partner) we couldn’t fly because the group weighed more than we said on the form and someone had to drop out “without a refund because it’s not their fault we didn’t provide accurate weights” (!!!!!) • When a kind person decided to drop out of the tour, their employee said she couldn’t split the reservation of the group of 4 people (?????) - but with less than 5 the helicopter wouldn’t fly (?????). After over an hour of stress, she finally made it happen. • After ALL that, the helicopter had MECHANICAL issues and they started saying it would take 40 minutes to fix, which turned into 2 hours and after about 3 hours we get a TEXT (not even a call as they said they would do to tell us to go back to fly) saying our flight was CANCELLED. So much stress, so much disappointment, this company DOESN’T CARE AT ALL about their customers, they try to blame everything on them and don’t solve their problems at all. If you do book something with them, pray there’s no issues, because if there are, you are on your own. This was all yesterday and we are flying out of Kauai today very frustrated we couldn’t do the tour given the lack of professionalism.

Viator screwed up and ruined our helicopter ride - When we got to Safari helicopter and were told Viator gave them the wrong information and we COULD NOT FLY
