Lei Greeting on Kauai - Dan communicated with me wonderfully from the moment I made the booking to sending photos and local sightseeing, entertainment & safety recommendations afterwards. He met us exactly where he said he would be. Easy to find, lovely lei greeting for all three of us in our family. I’d purchased this as a surprise and it was indeed that! This was a gift and a great memory. - This was the first time in Hawaii. And Dan made us feel like family was meeting to greet us. Fun Lei Airport Greeting - My wife and I had planned a trip to Hawaii. This was my first trip to Hawaii but my wife had been to Hawaii before. One of her memories she always talks about was receiving a lei upon arrival at the airport. She said that they don’t do that anymore. I was searching for tours in Kauai and found this flower lei greeting. I was wanted to surprise my wife with a flower lei upon our arrival in Kauai. I booked this and the next morning I received a email from Dan the tour operator. Dan was confirming our flight info and also asked what type of lei’s we wanted. You got a choice of a Fresh Orchid Flower Lei, Kukui Nut Lei, or Candy Lei (for children). I picked the Fresh Orchid Flower Lei for my wife and I went with the Kukui Nut Lei. We had a last minute flight change and were arriving earlier than what I had booked. I emailed Dan and he responded and made the arrangements to be there at the new arrival time. I had provided Dan my phone number and he text me just after we landed advising us what baggage claim our bags and he would be waiting at. Dan was waiting at the baggage claim area upon our arrival holding a sign with our names on it and had our lei’s ready. My wife did not even see it and I had to point it out to her. She was very surprised because she thought they did not do this anymore. Dan was great and flexible with the flight time change. He took our picture with our lei’s on and then provided lots of valuable information on places to visit, things to do and where to see lots of turtles. My wife is a huge turtle lover so that made her day. Dan sent me the photos and a text with a list of things to do and see while in Kauai. Not only do you get the lei’s upon arrival you get the knowledge of a local. Thank for everything Dan.
