• Coconut Marketplace - Begin the day at the Coconut Marketplace, the starting point of the tour. Before embarking on the adventure, enjoy breakfast and coffee at the Island Country Market. The mall offers restrooms and free parking.
• Wailua River State Park - The first stop is in Wailua town, once the main religious and political hub of the island. The Ali’i, or royalty, lived here, and many heiaus (temples) were constructed in this area. Visit Poliahu Heiau, Opaekaa Falls, and the Wailua River lookout, the largest navigable river in the state, from two vantage points. Enjoy the stunning scenery at each stop while the guide shares intriguing stories of ancient and modern times.
• Lydgate State Park - Take a leisurely walk along the path at the picturesque Lydgate Beach Park. Dip your feet in the renowned Morgan Ponds, learn about the ancient temple where Hawaiians greeted the sunrise, the city of refuge, and more. This walk is suitable for all ages and offers numerous photo opportunities.
• Wailua Falls - Waterfalls are a must-see on any vacation. From Wailua town, travel to Lihue town to visit the stunning and famous Wailua Falls, featured in the TV show “Fantasy Island.” Enjoy ample time to admire the falls, take photos, and explore local vendors.
• Old Koloa Town - Lunch is in the historic town of Koloa, offering a variety of food options from restaurants to food trucks. Choose your preferred meal and spend about 1.5 hours exploring this charming plantation town and shopping for locally made souvenirs (optional).
• Menehune Fish Pond - Visit the lookout of one of Kauai’s oldest archaeological sites in a breathtaking wildlife reserve in Lihue town. Enjoy the scenery while learning about the restoration project, the legend of the “Menehunes,” the little people of Hawai’i who built the pond, and the many Hollywood movies filmed here.
• Spouting Horn - En route to the Spouting Horn, drive through the famous Tree Tunnel. Marvel at the natural power of this ancient lava tube, now a water blowhole due to ocean wave erosion. Hear the Hawaiian legend associated with this site, complete with sound effects.

• Private tours include pick up and drop off near the cruise ship, at the airport, and some hotels. Let us know where you will be staying.
• If you weight 280 lbs + you need to contact us to let us know so we can better accommodate you. If the tour is fill you will need to provide an additional fee that will secure you an extra seat.
• No cancellations pass the 48 hours prior to that start of the tour.
• Wear comfortable clothes. Sandals and flip flops are great for this tour. I recommend wearing a cap/hat, and sunglasses.
