Amazing Experience!! - This was our favorite excursion on the Hawaiian islands. Captain Gregg and Kaleb made the experience beyond amazing. The scenery was breathtaking, we saw spinner dolphins and whales too. They both navigated the water beautifully making it a smooth ride. We can’t wait to visit the island again and book this cruise.

Better than rafts! - Excellent tour! So much more comfortable than the rafts. There were individual seats, dry bags were provided, and the narration was so informative and engaging! Highly recommend!

Wonderful journey to Napali coast - Great and comfortable trip to the Napali coast from Waimea. Spinner dolphins, humpback whales, and a nice snorkeling reef near Hanakapi beach. Captain Greg was excellent with tremendous knowledge of the history of the island.

BooK IT!!! - If you’re gonna book a tour of the Napali Coast, do it with Napali Navigators! Boat is comfy with fantastic crew! Capt. Gregg and Caleb ROCKED IT! Epic adventure for us! We’re bringin’ the whole FAM back next time. Gregg had amazing historical knowledge to share about Kauai and neighboring islands. Caleb was excellent as well with everything! Lots of fun and so many laughs! We were fortunate it was a calm day at sea and the day was beautiful!

Could not recommend more - This was the best time we had during our entire trip to Kauai. That would have been true regardless of whether we got to snorkel, but I am so so glad we did. This was such an incredible and special experience. The views alone are worth every penny, but Captain Gregg was so informative and fun to listen to which just added to the wonder. I felt 100% safe the whole trip, even when waters got choppy, and when we entered the alcoves! The alcoves/caves were my second favorite part actually!! Snorkeling took the cake. They take you to the best spots and make sure it’s safe to swim. We saw turtles, rays, and the most beautiful fish I’ve ever seen. I can’t forget the dolphins either! They take you right to them and you can see TONS of dolphins, including adorable babies that are flopping about. I will say, I think we got a lucky day this time of year. You can pretty much guarantee a great time in the summer, but not so much in the winter, so if you’re booking then you are rolling the dice. HOWEVER those conditions are completely out of the crew’s control (obviously..) so if you book in the winter don’t leave a poor review as if it’s something the operators can help. For their part, they do absolutely everything they can to make it great for you. They can’t make wildlife appear, the sun come out, or the water calm down.

Beautiful scenery abounded! - Captain Gregg and his assistant did a great job piloting the boat and giving us interesting historical information about the area and cultures. We saw a big group of spinner dolphins, a sea cave, several waterfalls and beautiful beaches and mountainsides. Gregg did a good job communicating up front, as our tour had to be delayed by one day due to weather, with one exception- he didn't mention there was a chance we couldn't snorkel or swim. In fact many of us were surprised when we got back to the port, at the end of the day, and hadn't snorkeled or had an opportunity to swim. When asked what happened he explained that the visibility wasn't good which made sense but it would have been helpful to understand that up front or at an earlier point during the day.

A little disappointing - This was a very enjoyable excursion. Would have given a 5 star except for one thing. We didn’t get to swim or snorkel. Now I get certain situations come up but what bothered me and I believe a few others was that captain Greg never told us we couldn’t swim or snorkel. We just pulled back into the harbor. When we realized where we were we all asked why no swimming and he made some sort of explanation that the water wasn’t right and he suspected sharks possibly in the water. Don’t know if we believe it but he should have said this before pulling into the harbor. It is a 4-5 hr excursion. He had the time. If we didn’t ask I don’t believe he would have said anything. Captain Greg is very knowledgeable and it was a good excursion with the exception of not getting into the water and not being informed that we couldn’t go in.
