Fun times! - We had a lot of fun! We liked that we didn’t have to have a guide and could go at our own pace and decide which beach to use the equipment at. We saw turtles, a reef shark and all kinds of beautiful fish. Would definitely rent from here again!🩵 Shop owner was friendly, helpful and great to work with!

Sea Scootors Were A Blast - Local business providing snorkeling gear and sea scooters. Great experience! We were provided all the snorkeling gear including a scooters. We were provided maps of the best snorkeling beach for that days weather. Great instruction for use of the gear and finding best areas of the water to find fish and sea turtles. Highly recommend and will rent from them again!!

Best Experience Snorkeling on Kauai - We had a blast using the scooters to snorkel. They lasted for the whole time we were snorkeling in the water. We swam with 2 turtles and lots of colorful fish. The coral was like nothing I have ever seen before. This was one of our favorite experiences on Kauai. We absolutely recommend snorkeling with these scooters. Go see Sensational Sea Adventures in Lihue.

Good company - Unfortunately we weren’t able to snorkel because of storms, but the company quickly refunded us. We’ll work with them next time we’re on the island.

It was ok not what you think - The motors aren’t strong enough to pull a 200 pound person —the motors last for 45 minutes and I got cut up on the reef with bloody knees . Why they do 3 hours rentals is beyond me.

Bad service/good time salvaged in the end - This review is split. One part for the customer service and another for the actual experience. Although it is difficult to understand everything from the description on Viator. It MUST be explained that not only is this self guided, but you need to pick up the equipment and drive 45 minutes to the north shore. Then after you use the equipment you must have it back the 45 minute ride by 3 pm. Also, no one is there to help with the equipment once you arrive at your location. We opened the bag and one of the goggles was missing a lense. snorkeling at the location she suggested was AMAZING! Having to rush to get the stuff back was stressful! I found out all of this information 24 hours before our excursion and she refused to allow me to cancel. We had 8 people in our party and it was a lot to maneuver. Way more than any of that was her demeanor. Upon our arrival she did not say good morning, instead “I thought you weren’t coming” then proceeded to tell me she was just able to cancel me because I was late. My Viator voucher said 10:00. We arrived at 10:02. She said I was supposed to be there at 9:15???? The sign says she opens at 9:30. At any rate most definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Understand what you are paying for a do not expect a warm and fuzzy greeting and then you won’t be disappointed!
