Great day seeing the sights - Great way to see the island without the stress of driving, finding parking and paying fees. I would recommend bringing water and some hand sanitizer since not all The stops have soap in the bathrooms.

Exemplary Story Teller n Guide!! - Our tour guide was such a personable individual who showed us what it is to be from Kaua'i.. had such a long name but gave us a short one, too... Ke. Ke was able to intertwine the tour road trip to life in Kaua'i.... including our lives in the mainland... learned a lot of history... past n present... she made us all feel like family!! Thank you Kana'e!!

See the beautiful Waimea Canyon and much more! - This was a great way to see the west part of the island, especially if you do not have a car! We were picked up at our hotel, taken to see some of the major sites in south-west Kauai (Spouting Horn, Waimea Canyon, Hanapepe Swinging Bridge), introduced to local towns (Hanapepe, Waimea), fed a big meal at Chicken in a Barrel, and dropped off back at our hotel. Our tour guide, Sabrina, gave us lots of history on the area, a local perspective, botanical identifications (a specialty of hers), and even some language lessons all while safely driving our tour bus. We had a really great time, and would highly recommend this tour!

Long Day, Not Worth the time - Close to three hours of this tour were spent picking up and dropping off passengers. The two things that were great were Waimea Canyon and lunch. Everything else…ehh. The Tour driver repeated things over and over. It would have been great if I was taking a test at the end. I probably could have done this myself but you don’t know that when you’ve never been somewhere. You live and learn.

Not great organisation and very expensive for what it was. - There were a couple of issues with this trip, by the time I was picked up some people had been on the bus for nearly 2 hours. I was given a pickup location but the bus went to my hotel I think, then the bus had around a 10 min drive to get me. One lady in the group was ill due to the roads, which was not nice for her or any of the rest of us... I have travelled all over the world on these types of trips and have not felt ill like I did, even with travel sickness bands, I can only assume it was because of the fairly smooth bus along with the mountain road, so please bare this in mind if you in any way suffer - if you do, then don't do this trip. It was a nice trip, Nelly was lovely, but lack of organisation was a factor - oh and for some reason we had a full dinner at 11.30 AM !!!! My recommendation would be to hire a car and just do this yourself, it will be cheaper and you wont have to fit in with anyone else.

The scenery was beautiful - It took one hour and a half to pick up all 22 people at the bus in a morning. We were picked up at 7:30 am( we were the second group to be picked up) and it was 9am when every group was picked up. It was too long. Also, the guide skipped one place to visit ( Kekaha beach). And one more thing, the driver couldn’t deal with well when the door was not closed well, since she pulled the emergency handle, it got a mess. At the end, she almost forgot to drop us off at the airport even we mentioned her about this so many times.
