Fun, lively, heartwarming story - So much fun! A beautiful, lively show!! Only one complaint...it got a little hot and stuffy inside but we were distracted by the beautiful dancers!

Truly Hawaiian Experience! - Absolutely amazing evening celebrating our wedding anniversary. The staff were friendly and inviting, we enjoyed the pre-show shopping, free drinks were festive, and the show was grand. We will definitely do this again on our next visit!

Excellent!!! - Fantastic!!! The entire show was a story. It was superbly done!!! Excellent performances, costumes, voices, fire dances, etc. And the food was very good. All of the patrons looked like they were having a great time. Artisans had booths right outside the pavilion displaying beautiful photography, jewelry, chocolate, soap, etc. We bought three necklaces, three photographs, and chocolates. Another sold wooden cellphone cases and many other beautiful wooden pieces. I bought a beautiful cloth baseball cap with a wooden brim. Wish I could show it in this review. Best I’ve ever seen. Truly a must see experience!!!

Grrrrreeeeaaaat! - This was great! The food was good. Lots of veggies with different vegetable dishes in addition to the salad. Salmon tomato onion salad, several vegan dishes, and of course there was the meat. Kalua pig, fish, and teriyaki chicken. The food was good. Coconut pudding, banana mini tarts, and pineapple upside down cake. But come for the show! Excellent! The choreography is super tight. These guys rehearsed to a T. The whole show was tight. The entire thing is well run. They all know what they're doing. The woman bartender makes good drinks! Tip her well. Hell, tip everyone well. They deserve it. A good show. You won't be disappointed. The couple at our table have been seeing this show for over 20 years, every year. If that's not a recommendation, I don't know what is!

The Luau - The company was great, the food was not as good as we had 5 years ago, the show was great. It got too hot for one person in our party and he had to be wheeled out in a wheelchair. Luckily the show was just about over. It took what seemed like 5 minutes to find someone to help but when they got there they did a great job. Checking in was a bait and switch scam. We paid online for the show and the transportation and we were charged an additional fee when we got there. They said we gave them the wrong pickup address?? If we gave them the wrong address how is it that we got picked up? What could we do now that we were there so we paid. Not a good business practice. PS our bus driver was great!!

Show was great, everything else is mediocre - Here is my honest review. This was our first time at a Hawaiian Luau. We read many different reviews and decided to go in with an open mind. The plantation is beautiful. We checked in at the front and made our way into a beautiful room with many table rounds and a stage in the middle. There were around 130 tables which seated 7 to 8 guests. It was packed. We purchased tickets for the 5:00p show. The show didnt officially start until 6:30p. You don’t need to show up 30 min before your ticket time like they ask. The open bar only served a few popular mixed drinks, Mai Tai, blue Hawaiian, beer and wine. The open bar is only open until the show actually starts. We were really excited for the food. Except, after waiting for the buffet lines after 30 min, was mediocre food. They had pasta salad, salmon salad, a vegetable tofu salad, teriyaki wings, and of course Kalua Pork. The macaroni pasta salad was the only item that was best tasting. We were expecting the Kalua Pork to be extraordinary, only to find it bland and ehhh. They also listed local fruit; it was just honey dew, cantaloupe, and pineapple. I could have gone to Safeway across the street. The show was pretty cool though, we had a great time watching the show with the hula dancers, fire dancers, etc. but definitely was not worth $170 per ticket after the whole night. Also the show advertises from 5p-11p but the entire show ended at 8:30p. All in all, if you can fork out $170 to experience the Hawaiian way, go for it but don’t expect a fine dining experience
