Delicious food and amazing performance! - We had a wonderful server at our fancy sit down dinner at the mansion. The food was delicious and the presentation was wonderful. We were walked over to the performance by torch light and had front row seating. The show was fantastic. The dancers, singers and fire throwers were amazing,

A Must See! - We enjoyed the upgrade of dining at the Manor House and having seating next to the stage for the spectacular. I got chosen to dance with a performer! I was also able to ask the escort how to pronounce Kaua'i. I'm in the know now as the performance described the birth of the Hawaiian nation with beautiful costumes and pyrotechnics. Thanks for a memorable evening!!

Outstanding - The performance was exceptional and spectacular. The fire dance was phenomenal. What a fun evening. The dinner and the atmosphere at the Manor House was enjoyable. The booking company Viator was difficult to work with.

A most memorable Kuau experience! - Wonderful time!enjoyed dinner in the Manor, and an informative bus driver. The show was incredible. We’ve never seen Dancing with fire! Glad to hear some of the history of the island through the luau performance!

Great night out! Worth it! - Restaurant was wonderful. Ambience was charming and food great. Was a limited menu for the show but everything was excellent. Their regular menu looked really good so made me want to go back to Gaylords Restaurant on a normal day. Staff was super friendly and service fast. They seem very practiced and dinner and show transition was seamless. We were moved to tables right up front - felt like a VIP. Show was great. A bit more showy and less traditional than other Luaus I've seen but really well done. Fire show was awesome.

Good times - Great show and the dinner was tasty. I wish however we knew about the other things on site (the rum co, the sweet shop) that we could’ve visited earlier. While others got “lei-ed” and their photos taken, we did not. I would definitely come back but Not sure if I would pay for the VIP package since others got the little extras without bothering.

Fantastic show - The show was fantastic, and we loved being right up front and the flower Lei! However I didn't realize that by purchasing the highest package, you actually have dinner away from the show, and miss out entitirely on the craft fair. This wasn't terrible, because seeing the old plantation house was very cool, but we felt secluded from the whole luau party. The food was also different from the house vs the luau. The front row seating and Lei was great, but otherwise, I would have just purchased the regular package. Again, the show was fantastic with great music and storytelling!

Dinner and a show - VIP service was great…..seating at show was front and center and we had our own table for two. Food was “so so” based on the very expensive price tag, but venue was lovely

Nice but a little overpriced - I'll start by saying that they did not clearly mark where to go for the Manor House Dinner vs. the buffet dinner. After standing in line we were told that was for the buffet dinner and were told to go to Gaylords. Once there we checked in and then were escorted to the table. A little while later a gal came around and asked if we were part of the Luau and when we said yes she handed us a lei. Most place we've been with a lei greeting they present it by putting it on you. I feel they can improve this. The dinner was tasty, but you only got 2 choices for each course. The torch light walk to the Luau was okay, nothing special. With the Manor House dinner the great thing was our seat were right up front, no one in front of us, so we had a fantastic view of the stage. Since the stage is round and there is seating all around it, the negative is that sometimes the performers had their backs towards us. The performance was really great, I would give them a 5 star. Comparing all aspects of this Luau to others (4 others) that we have been to, I believe it is just a little overpriced.
