Magnificent tour, dolphins, caves, waterfalls, snorkeling, spectacular views and the friendliest crew! - We had Captain Mike as our pilot of the Amelia K and he was both full of wonderful stories about the coast and the seas as his relatives grew up here in the most picturesque Valley along the Na Pali coast. The crew were Lionel and another young man whose name escapes me were unbelievable accommodating with our every need and also full of facts about the coastline and the fish. We happened to come across a pod of spinner dolphins, over a thousand which were magnificent! We also got to drive under a waterfall as we entered a lava cave and on our return from what I thought what would have been the perfect day we snorkeled with schools of neon colored fish and a sea turtle! Definitely the highlight of our stay on Kauai.

Fell in love with Kauai on a Nautical Journey Through Time and Nature!! - It was a breathtaking boat tour that transformed history into a living narrative. Guided by a descendant of the island's original settlers, the experience was deeply personal and captivating. Witnessing dozens of playful dolphins alongside our vessel felt magical. The open boat offered both comfort and adventure—perfectly equipped with my raincoat and sunglasses to navigate the crashing waves while soaking up the stunning Kauai coastline.

Epic boat tour! - Epic tour! Great boat and a great personalized crew from a family-owned business! Incomparable scenery of the NaPali coast with really up close exposures to waterfalls, lava tubes and caves, plus a return course providing a broader perspective of the coast. Great lunch. Oh, and also snorkeling! Would do it again. Highly recommend.

Fun Day Cruising!! - It was a wonderful adventure. Took a minute to get used to the waves but then you only noticed the fun big waves. Scenery was breath taking. We lucked out and saw lots of frolicking dolphins and even saw a monk seal!. The crew was very friendly and joked around (keep an eye out for those Hawaiian Stick fish😂). The kids snorkeled and had a blast. Would visit them again in a different season just to experience it again. But different.

The Best Way to See the Na’apili Coast,By Far! - Everything about this boat trip was perfect. The captain and his crew were friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to be everywhere that they were needed at the right moment. The boat itself was comfortable and rode the waves well. I opted out of the snorkel part because it was held at the beginning of the trip and I had no desire to be wet for the remainder of the ride, but people seemed to have a good time. We then went up the Na’apili coast and had a running narrative about the history of the peoples who lived there as well as information about the geology and why it looked so splendid. We stopped twice to watch a very large pod of spinner dolphins who put on quite the show for us. Lunch was good and substantial, plus there were plenty of beverages for us. A wonderful day!

Big Cheers to the Boat Captain & his crewmen - "Amelia K" is a good size boat that manages the sea current well. More importantly, we were impressed by the boat captain & his 2 Crews. Captain Dave was humerous & cheerful and his 2 Crews were very diligent & caring. The lunch sandwich was very good and they provided lots of water, sodas and titbits.

Wonderful tour - This was a great tour! The staff was great! The views were incredible! There were 4 of us in our group, a friends group. 2 of us (including myself) got sick. This is my 2nd time doing the Napali coast. First was on a sail boat, and I got sick. I thought this would be better, but no, I got sick. The ocean is so choppy as you go around the island. Gets worse the farther you go. I used Bonine and ginger. Still was puking over the side half way through. I don’t think there will be a third time. However….the crew was so supportive and did whatever they could to help us sickies. I do think this was better than the sail boat overall. The crew pointed out so many fun things. We saw three different pods of dolphins. I loved the fact there was no alcohol as well. We aren’t drinkers, so it was refreshing to be on an excursion where people weren’t getting drunk with the free drinks. I definitely would recommend this tour-just be cautious if you are prone at all to motion sickness.

Outstanding trip to a place you can't get to - Fabulous morning the was was real attenative to the guest and some really needed it. The ride out gets a bit rough but we went for the adventure, traveling with a huge pod of dolphins was amazing and we saw a monk seal on one of the beaches. When we stopped to snorkel again the crew were excellent making sure everyone was comfortable no matter ability. All in all a great experience I would highly recommend
