- Lihue - Tour Waimea Canyon, dubbed by Mark Twain as the “ Grand Canyon of the Pacific.” Although Mark Twain never visited the island, he must have seen enough of it to judge the unparalleled grandeur of this famous Kauai landmark. It is truly a spectacular sight.
Mount Waialeale is known as the wettest spot on earth with an average annual rainfall of approximately 450 inches. Most of the mountain rain drains into the nearby Alakai Swamp, home to several rare species of plants and birds. Wailua Falls is also known as Fantasy Island Waterfalls for their cameo appearance weekly in the TV series of the same name.
The legendary Na Pali Coast, with its dramatic cliffs chiseled by time and remote beaches is spellbinding no matter how many times you see it. This is the home of the legendary Bali Hai as seen in the 20th Century Fox movie, South Pacific.

- Weight Restriction: It is important that we have accurate body weight from every passenger. FAA regulations require all passengers to be weighed at time of check-in. Any passenger weighing 290 lbs or more will require a Mandatory Comfort Seat.
- Assisted Passengers: A portable lifting device is available for those customers needing special assistance. Please advise of any special requests.
- Scuba Diving: No scuba diving 24 hours prior to helicopter tour departure time.
- Children: A child 23 months or younger may fly at no charge and must sit on adult’s lap. Please provide child’s weight at time of booking. Children 2 yrs. and older must occupy a seat with seat belt on and are charged full fare.
- Check-in: Check-in is minimum 45 minutes prior to your tour departure time. For your safety and comfort, hats and over sized bags are not permitted on the flight line or in the helicopter. Please leave these items in your automobile. Bring picture I.D.
- All Flights Include: Ground safety briefing, pilot personal narration and choreographed music recorded on the live digital video, Stereo aviator headsets with individual volume control, custom built digital recording system, polarized bubble windows, air-conditioned climate control, custom interiors and much more!
- Routes & Flight Time: Sunshine does not fly any specific routes but has many sights within the area of a described tour that we intend to visit during a tour. Sights may vary due to weather. Flight times are estimates and may vary a few minutes.
- Actual Flight Video: A high-definition video of your actual flight narrated and orchestrated by your pilot is available on USB for purchase.
- Photography: Bring camera and wear a dark colored shirt to reduce glare on the plexiglass windows.

Jurassic Falls - It was alittle confusing at first, weight was alittle off and has to move seats.
Our pilot Eric was awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly. He was also very experienced.

The highlight of my trip to Kauai - I recommend Ultimate Kauai adventure is the best experience you can ever get in a helicopter ride, Alex our pilot was very impressed very smooth ride, took time to show us the entire Island, I highly recommend
Oh, and cherry on top "Angel " their mascot is the friendly dog I ever seen
Thanks this is the highlight of my trip to Kauai

Absolutely amazing! - This was the most amazing experience of our time in the islands. The views were unbelievable, we loved the stories and information the pilot Alex gave us, and even the music was fun! Alex was kind, we felt very comfortable and at ease with him flying, and he had some fun jokes thrown in. If you go- request him-m, you won’t be sorry! Money and time well spent. The ground crew were great as well.

Helicopter review - What an amazing view of Kaua’i! The staff and pilot were amazing and very knowledgeable of the island and the history. Would recommend anyone fly with them.

Amazing!!!!!!!!! - The Pilot is the best in Hawaii. The airship is top notch. The ground crew were very accommodating and friendly. The views are something that we will never forget.

Deserves a six star - Why can’t I give a six star. Our pilot Alex was awesome and the ground crew were great. This was by far the best experience of this trip and we will be back.

Highly Recommend - Our pilot, Erick, was friendly and easy to ask questions of. Gave us a great tour of this lovely island, and was safety conscious during the entire flight.
Gorgeous views.

Ground crew especially receptionist rude and unprofessional. Pilot good but none in group could hear what he was saying. - Ground crew especially receptionist were very rude to the group. It seemed that we were not welcome to be there. They talked and laughed between their coworkers but ignored us. Pilot good but no one could hear what he was saying on headset. Will try another company for next trip for sure!
