Be ready for excitement as you encounter playful pods of Hawaiian Spinner dolphins and Bottlenose dolphins. From Dec-April, you might see Hawaiian Humpback whales. The tour continues past miles of sandy beaches to the stunning cliffs of Nā Pali Coast. Enjoy incredible scenery with magnificent beaches, towering cliffs, verdant valleys, waterfalls, and sea caves (conditions permitting). The narrated tour is filled with history and lore. Snorkeling in a pristine bay with amazing underwater life is included if conditions permit. Light snacks and beverages are served. WARNING: The Zodiac© raft makes for a wild, fast, and rough ride. Due to the nature of the Nā Pali Raft & Snorkel Adventure, you must be ready to experience ADVENTURE ON THE SEA! You must be in good physical condition to attend. We cannot accommodate pregnant women, anyone with back or neck problems, medical conditions, or recent surgeries. If you are not a strong ocean swimmer or cannot swim, you are prohibited from snorkeling during the tour. Thank you for understanding.

While you are on your unique journey with us you will be provided with fresh cut fruit, Hawaiian chips as well as a variety of cold beverages to keep you hydrated and feeling recharged! - The morning tour (6:30 AM or 7:00 AM) is our most recommended tour due to calmer ocean conditions and more wildlife sightings.
- Raft tours will include seeing and possibly entering sea caves and snorkeling, but only if the ocean conditions are safe enough to do so. Your tour’s Captain will make this decision. (We do not snorkel in the sea caves.)
- We recommend booking early in your vacation in case of a weather cancellation, you have more time left in your vacation to rebook.
- Our tour departs from the west side of Kauai— We meet in Waimea at the Na Pali Riders office.
- When ocean conditions are not favorable for a Na Pali Coast tour or the minimum passenger count for the safety and stability of our vessel is not met, you will be offered the following: The option to rebook for a different date and time. The option for a full refund.

Arrive at Na Pali Riders’ office in Waimea 45 minutes before departure with waivers signed. The safety brief starts 30 minutes before departure. If not checked in before the brief begins, the tour is missed.

Family fun and adventure all together! - The adventure was amazing...great boat tour, the info was top notch and the jams had us all singing. Stopped and saw some whales breaching and having some fun, the snorkeling was so good. The spot they picked out was just over a reef and saw huge turtles, Hawaiin spinner dolphins, and of course many types of fish. Great family fun and everyone was glad we did this instead of a catamaran tour. Highly recommend and just enjoy the time together.

Probably the best tour experience - This group of captains and crew was MAGNIFICENT!!!
Knowledgeable and friendly and always looking to make the experience better.
(Which would be tough)!!
But they did it by spotting a newborn calf and mother humpback whale. We stopped and witnessed the calf’s first learning about swimming. Unbelievable 👍

Na Pali zodiac views are the best. - Beautiful views and exciting time out on the water. Crew was a lot of fun. Would definitely do this again.

Perfect Excursion - Perfect excursion. Super safe, Captain is CG trained. Driving our Jeep out to the basecamp before the sun is up and then being on the water as the sun is rising was the best way to start the first day of our trip to Kauai! Everyone was head bobbing and signing along all day to the playlist! Amazing way to take in the Nā Pali coastline, we also saw a mama humpback slapping her tail while baby was putting on a show for us! Cap and Tom shared stories and descriptions of spots along the Cliffs and caves which was fun. Finished the day snorkeling, tons of sea life, spotted turtles, octopus, eel, schools of fish. Back to base with enough time to head up Waimea Canyon and several other stops to complete a day full of experiences!

Fun and adventurous way to see the Na Pali coast - Super fun trip. Saw dolphins and a few whales. Snorkeling decent. Tom and Captain were super nice and explained everything in detail. We felt safe at all times. Thanks!

Spinner dolphins and amazing scenery - This was a vacation highlight. The morning tour was hard to get up for but worth it to see the spinner dolphins. The coast was beautiful and it was a treat to go in a cave.
The owner, Brandon, was experienced and competent.
The snorkeling was only ok but partly because it was still shady in the morning in January. Highly recommend.

The crew and ride was so... - The crew and ride was so much fun!! We saw dolphins and wales and got to snorkel. I got a little sea sick which is not their fault, but they were very attentive and reassuring ! Na Pali Coast is beautiful! This is a must do experience!!
