Memorable Equator - We recently visited the Equator at Kaya we, and it was a truly unique and fascinating experience! The journey from Kampala was scenic and enjoyable and upon arrival, I was struck by the tranquil atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. The highlight of the trip was of course standing at the exact spot where the Earth's equator passes through. It was surreal to think that i was at zero latitude , and the water experiment demonstration was mind blowing! Herman the guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, sharing interesting facts about the Equator and its cultural significance to the local communities. I also appreciated the opportunity to learn about the local culture and history. I highly recommend a trip to the Equator at Kayabwe to anyone interested in geography, culture and science. It's a must visit destination in Uganda and Inspire African Safaris will make it more convenient
