Great hot air balloon ride with... - Great balloon ride with the most experienced balloonist. We can recommend it to everyone, but you have to take into account that you have to take a knee during landing.

Great experience and smooth ride - Great experience! Our pilot was professional and funny. The quick breakfast beforehand and the drink afterwards were a nice extra touch too.
Our first date was cancelled due to wind (which was understandable). The only negative is that we had to re-book for the next day ourselves and pay again while waiting for a refund, rather than the company transferring our booking to the next day. Just something to be aware of.
Otherwise, highly recommend!

Dream fulfilled, live a unique experience. - Excellent and nice experience, very professional the pilot in charge, the views are spectacular treated us very well and very safe, nice sunrise and takeoff, I highly recommend this company.

Great Hot Air Balloon experience - Great Hot Air Balloon experience. They picked us up at our hotel at the hour they told us. The baloon driver and all the staff were great, kind and fun. The flight time was the right one … we could see the sunrise amazingly

Wonderful navigation through the skies of Cappadocia - Ours was a unique experience. Highly recommended! You feel a lot of peace sailing over that special place with all the Fairy Fireplaces at your feet. Excellent service, professionalism and warmth of the staff.

Impressive and safe balloon tour - Lucky me to have that experience with SkyWay. They are quite professional and you feel safe with them. They make an effort to make happy every guest and pay attention to the requests of guests. We floated like a feather in the sky thanks to pilots.
Also, end of the tour you receive a certificate which makes you not forget that memory, a morning champagne is another fun thing.
I want to send my love to the pilot who gifted me my picture which was taken before the flight, I am attaching it below ♥️

Would take this trip again! Great time - The balloon ride was amazing, when we’re a little worried about the amount of persons to a basket. But it wasn’t bad, plenty of room for us and another couple in our compartment.
The views were great, the pilot and ground crew were great very professional. The only negative was the driver of the transport to the starting point was apparently running late so it was a wild ride to the place. After that staff was very hospitable and made sure to keep up with everyone, which was sometimes like herding cats.

Bad experience - Do not use this balloon company at all.
We booked through GetYourGuide company for March 28 sunrise balloon tour. We all 8 people pick up from hotel 4.30 am sharp reached by balloon site 5.30 am & driver passes time by snack area. when we reached by balloon they are inflating and when captain took off it's already sunrise.
We booked for 60 minutes ride but after 25to 30 minutes balloon landed in remote place with basket dragging sideways where everyone scared . My wife has landing hit by basket and this guy asking medical proof at same time.
The pickup van came after an 75 minutes waiting in remote place.
No sunrise, no 60 minutes ride , balloon was no safe landing as mentioned. Avoid this company.
Infact that day government had ban on balloon ride due to bad weather in Goreme valley. I had back n forth conversation about what happened
This company trying to defend him self.

DON'T RECOMMEND !!! DON'T DO IT !! - Good experience up until the end... I was aproaching the van, I was crossing the road and the guy deliberately drove onto me even though I told him to stop cause I had nowhere to go as the field on the side was super muddy because of last night rain. He got out of the van and confronted me as I was also super mad. He was ready to fight so I was.
The thing that got me so mad was how he reacted. As a customer thats the LEAST you expect. Even the other driver who didn't see what happened told me to relax. They couldnt see what happened as I was on the other side of the vans...
You guys need to coach the drivers, give them a good service lessons, as the service doesnt end when you get off the basket. The pilots and other staff were friendly.
As a business owner all I can say is that, that type of attitude of people ruins, even the whole country experience.
Don't do that to your beautiful country.

A bad experience, totally inadvisable - The excursion we took had nothing to do with the contracted services.
The balloon tour did not take place in the Soganli Valley or any of the characteristic valleys of Cappadocia. We were picked up in Goreme and it took us an hour and a half to get to the flight location, which had nothing to do with the landscapes shown in the photos. Five hours in total, for a 45-minute flight, which also couldn't have ended worse, since the landing was bumpy. We hit the ground 3 or 4 times and finally the basket was left tipped on its side, with all the occupants of the balloon literally hanging. My family and I are completely bruised and have bruises all over our bodies. They were not even able to apologize and simply said that this type of landing was normal.
The next day we went to see the departure of more than a hundred balloons in Goreme and it had nothing to do with our experience: apart from the majestic spectacle that all the balloons offer at dawn, compared to the 3 balloons on our previous excursion, none had a rough landing, but they landed softly on the ground.
