Two Day Jeep Journey to Kolsai Lakes - Just got back from a two-day Jeep Journey to Kolsai Lakes tour. The tour was long chosen, I wanted to watch the most beautiful and interesting, but at a fairly relaxed pace. We were accompanied by Mikhail, a wonderful driver (we drive ourselves, so we understand some nuances) and a wonderful guide. Very pleasant interlocutor, knows many interesting facts, is perfectly oriented to the terrain, caring, tactful, delicious cook. We are very grateful for a wonderful weekend! And a couple of words about the tour itself: the car is a comfortable SUV (Toyota Sequoia), in the car bottles of water, the air conditioning works, the route is carefully timed (stops, meals), there is a sense of walking, not a tourist tour, i.e. everything is calm, traffic at a walking pace, you can admire nature, in all facilities enough free time, do not run anywhere. Overnight in a mountain village, very authentic, the houses are simple, but modern, cozy, everything clean, neat. The food is simple but hearty and delicious. I really liked the idea of a nature picnic. Places are secluded, there was no one near us at all, just us, nature and wonderful lunch) The places are fantastically beautiful: mountains, hills, canyons, lakes. And about the company itself: from the organization to the incarnation there have been no complaints (I quite often in trips deal with the organization of tours, situations can vary): answers are quick, everything is explained clearly, contacts were provided on time, nothing was forgotten, not confused, not a single overlap on the route. Thank you!

One of the best private tours we have done - Amazing private tour to the Charyn Canyon and Kaindy and Kolsai lakes! Booked via Andrey and Kirill was our guide. Kirill took great care of us. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the areas you are visiting and the country in general. He showed us amazing places and knew when/ where to go to beat the crowds. He is also a great host and cook, and made us feel safe and welcome. One of the best private tours we have done and considering everything you get, it is fairly priced.

Amazing Time in Kazakhstan – Beautiful Places and Great Company! - Our trip to Kolsai Lake, Kaindy Lake, and Charyn Canyon with Andrey was one of the best experiences we’ve had in Central Asia! He wasn’t just a tour guide—he felt like a friend. He was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. It was easy to talk to him—he’s friendly, relaxed, and fun to be around. Whether we had questions or wanted to take a break, he was always patient and understanding. His driving skills were impressive, especially on the steep and rough mountain roads. The vehicle was also comfortable, making the long ride much easier. If you’re worried about the tricky roads, you’ll feel safe with Andrey in charge. What made the trip even better was the stories he shared about life during the Soviet times. It added a unique touch to the journey and gave us a glimpse into the country’s history. Andrey even bought us apricot jam on our way back, and we’re now enjoying it back home in the Philippines—such a kind gesture that we really appreciate! One of the most fun parts? I got to chop wood in a village—something I didn’t expect but really enjoyed! If you’re planning to go to Kazakhstan, I highly recommend Kolsai Tour!

2 days 6 locations : Kolsay Kaiyndy Charyn Canyon Trip - We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to our tour guide, Ms. Aya, for making our 2-day Kalsay Lake and Charyn Canyon trip such a memorable experience. Her thorough explanations of all activities and her dedication to ensuring everyone's understanding and punctuality were invaluable. While the tour itself was exceptional, we feel that the accommodation provided, even with an upgraded room, fell short of our expectations. We understand that this may not be directly within JOINME's control, but we believe that better accommodation options in the Saty area could significantly enhance the overall experience for future visitors to Kalsay Lake and Charyn Canyon.

A great trip with a great guide. - The pre-trip communication was very infrmative, and the pick-up was on time. Our guide, Alexander, was incredibly helpful and genial. Took full care of all the tickets, accommodations and such. The pace was very relaxing, and we visited each location at what probably was the best time of day. First destination, Charyn canyon, did not disappoint. We hiked down the canyon, taking the car back up. After which, Alexander organized for us a picnic by the river. We stayed at guesthouse Alban in Saty, the accommodations were comfortable and the food top notch. After breakfast the next day, we first made the trip to Kaindy, where Alexander impressed us with his off-roading skills. After which it was the Kolsay lake, where we had plenty of time to enjoy the scenery and rent a boat for a while. After which, a dinner at Alban in Saty and the drive home. A very pleasant and highy recommended experience.

An unforgettable trip - The schedule was well balanced with a mix sightseeing, relaxation and free time.. Guide Dimitry (Dima) was knowledgeable and helpful. Vechicle was well maintained and comfortable for off road trips.Highly recommend to consider this tour.

professional driver and friendly guide - I recently attended a two-day tour guided by a professional and kind driver, Victor (apologies if I've misspelled the name), and an exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable guide, Margu. We are grateful for their hard work and excellent guidance. Thanks to them, we were able to fully enjoy the breathtaking landscapes of Kazakhstan and immerse ourselves in its rich culture.

Great way to explore the main nature attractions of you don’t have much time. - Very knowledgeable and helpful guide with excellent English. All the tours were great. And the barbecue by the river was amazing! Will definitely hire them again for another tour in my next trip to Kazakhstan.
