Eagle Square - Dataran Lang, commonly known as Eagle Square, honors the majestic eagles of Langkawi. This iconic statue is situated on the southern part of Pulau Langkawi, near the Kuah Jetty. The square features an impressive 12-meter tall statue of a red-backed eagle perched on a blue star-shaped platform. It is flanked by forest-covered mountains on one side and the open Andaman Sea on the other. With its wings spread wide, the eagle at Dataran Lang appears ready to take flight.

Eagle Nest SkyWalk is the new sky bridge at the first stop on your way up the mountain. Perched at the peak of the Middle Station, this new attraction, named Eagle’s Nest SkyWalk, mimics an eagle’s head overlooking its nest. The attraction is located 650 meters above sea level and features a 38-meter free-standing cantilever glass platform that can accommodate about 300 people, equivalent to 21 tons.

Langkawi Sky Bridge - SkyBridge

Measuring 125 meters in length, this structure ranks among the world’s longest curved suspension bridges. Constructing it was a challenging feat, requiring solutions for critical elements such as structural balancing from a single point (the top of the pylon), optimal weight management and load distribution, pre-fabrication of the bridge, and on-site installation.

The entire bridge, in all its components, had to be lifted to the top of the mountain by helicopter and was later assembled in its current position.
