Diving trip with the family - Anyone who has never been diving should definitely do it at least once in their life. The crew and the diving instructors were all super nice and attentive. I was really impressed. Thank you for the wonderful day

Amazing experience - Our experience was absolutely wonderful! Everything was just fine! The driver took us from the hotel at the scheduled hour. The crew from the ship was so friendly and the instructors were professional. The experience itself was fantastic. We are looking forward to repeat it! We highly recommend it!

For the first time and I'd love to do it again! - Punctuality in picking up, nice people to go around and beautiful places. I can recommend it to everyone. Lunch is good and sufficient.

Good for first timers - It was a good experience as it was my first time ever for diving. I had a nice time there but there are a couple of points I need to clarify. 1- the pickup time is set to be 9:00 but they contacted me via WhatsApp to make it 8:30 and they didn't stuck to the planned time here. And I needed to go to a pick up location and they didn't come to my place as they mention in the event description. 2- the driver picked me up on time but we didn't go directly to the event but I stayed in the bus for 1 extra hour for collecting the other people from other events which was not the best thing + the driver was driving very fast and I didn't feel it was very safe. 3- we were 3 groups on the boat Turkish, Russian and English speaking ones. The divers were professional but they needed to rush up to finish all of people in the boat so personally I bleed from my nose and I think that happened because they guy with me didn't give my ears enough time for equalizing. 4- food was not bad 5- for photos we payed 550 Lira (20$) which is I find not the best value for money

Unfortunately unreliable - The tour was first postponed for one day due to "bad weather", until the rider did not show up for pickup the following day. On request it was then allegedly problems with the "scheduling". Very annoying and unprofessional. After all, the money was promptly refunded.

We were sold a lie and paid twice what we should have - For context, we were 3 people, 2 divers, and a non-diver (my pregnant wife). I also messaged on Viator to let them know my wife is pregnant. It's clear that because I've told them I will be requesting a refund they have contacted Viator and provided false information. Please note that this is not a reflection of the staff who operated the tour. In the attached pictures, you'll see the full WhatsApp conversation that I had with them in which I told them that my wife is pregnant, that she will be a non-diver, and that we specifically chose this one as it had a maximum number of travellers of 15 people. They called me as you can see from the chat and they confirmed it would be a small capacity boat. The gentleman kept repeating himself about the size of the dive group, and that it would be 'small' to which I reminded him that we were concerned with the number of travellers, not the size of the dive group. You'll see that before the trip I messaged again to express that I was VERY unhappy with the size of the group, especially because we paid almost double the price of a larger capacity option. They sent me a link to the option to question why I was not willing to pay the shuttle fee. They sent me a different link to another 'tour' which was almost half the price and included EUR 10 pp for the shuttle. All of this you can see in the WhatsApp chat. You'll see on the Viator webpage, that as of today it says 15 people, but we were on a boat with a capacity of 81 people! I've attached a picture of the boat, and in the picture you can see that there are more than 15 travellers, and that is after most of the people had disembarked. Not only was the initial group much bigger than we paid for, but another boat came up beside us and the travellers on that boat came onto ours and used the equipment etc. To top it all off, the A/C shuttle was so hot that my brother almost fainted, and when we opened the window as the A/C was not good enough the operator wanted us to close it! It was about 40 degrees celsius in the shuttle. We and the other travellers ignored him and opened all the windows. In the end, the driver also opened his window and left the A/C running. As you can also see in the advert, they say that there is plenty of opportunity to snorkel. This too was a lie. When travellers asked for masks/fins/snorkel they were told that it was a scuba tour and reserved for divers! My wife had a horrible experience. She had no place to relax as the boat was really full!
