Excellent historical tour! - The historic walking tour of Kennebunkport was amazing! Our guide Pete was very knowledgeable, and he gave a very thorough historical account of the industry, major figures and architecture from early days. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone interested in the history of shipbuilding and early New England life.

A Wonderful Walk through Historic Kennebunkport - This tour highlights the history and architecture of many of the beautiful homes in Kennebunkport, a good number of which were built before 1800. We were able to go inside a couple of ship captain's homes that are now inns. Beth, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable, informative, interesting, and friendly. I highly recommend the tour.

Great walking tour - Our guide was great! She was very knowledgeable and went at a nice pace. We really enjoyed seeing the historical buildings and learning the history of Kennebunkport.

Great guide. Brought old Kennebunk (and surrounds) to life! - Peter was a superb guide. It was a dreary, rainy day, the other people cancelled but we still wanted to go and so happy we did! Peter was charming, well versed on Kennebunk history and fun facts. Highly recommend.

Beautiful tour of this quaint seaport!! - Beth did a wonderful job of showing us all the beautiful historical homes with great stories, dates & details! We even got to go inside a couple of homes & loved being able to go up to the widow’s walk! She topped it all off with a yummy chocolate chip cookie at the last home…what a sweet ending!! 2 Hours of History- a fun and interesting walk thru History - A fascinating tour thru the old streets of Kennebunkport. Beth did a great job explaing the history of the houses in town. The time went quick as we stopped by many of the houses that shaped the hisoty of Kennebunkport. A special treat was that we walked thru a couple of the old houses and see how they have been maintained. You learn a lot in 2 hours- Thanks for the information.

Good guide but expensive - Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about the beautiful town and its history. I gave it four stars rather than five because we did more standing than walking, and I had hoped to cover more walking miles! It was also quite expensive. It was nice to be in a small group and to have a guide who could answer our questions.
