Breath Taking Experience - If you're in Kenya, I advise you to make this apart of your itinerary asap. This experience was one of the most beautiful and amazing tours I've been on in a while. Our safari guide by the name of Joseph was helpful and very knowledgeable throughout the journey. He knew exactly where and when to go to see all the animals of Africa, without him we would've been clueless. From the animals to the views especially of Mt. Kilimanjaro was breathtaking and something i recommend all travelers to do. Thank you

The unforgettable journey to Kenya - This trip to Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, and Lake Naivasha, and Maasai Mara was worth of every penny I spent. I was always curious about the deadly big cats and told Africa Adventure people during my initial conversations before booking. Keeping that in mind they suggested me this 7-day trip and to be honest I was not expecting to meet such a large number of animals including the lions and other big cats. Watching lions crossing our path so closely was enough to give me Goosebumps. Can’t thank enough to Morris (my driver guide) to make this trip so mesmerizing for me. It’s truly an unforgettable trip for me. Apart from the game drive, the service was excellent.

My Solo Trip With The Most Convenient Safari Company In Kenya - I found Bencia Africa Adventure Company over the internet. Being a solo traveller I would say I am over choosy. Before talking to the people at Bencia Africa Adventure, I contacted more than 8 safari companies that are operating in Kenya. Amboseli and Maasai Mara were on my bucket list and unfortunately, I was not able to find any of the companies to be completely trustable for a solo traveller like me. After talking to the people at Africa Adventure, I was sure “YES, IT’S IS THE ONE”. The trip was much more than I expected. The Africa Adventure people made it exceptionally adventurous just I wanted. Morris was my guide as well driver throughout my trip and I am so surprised with his knowledge about the places we visited. That was stunning!! He always had some story and some information to share with me at every step. I am definitely coming back to Kenya soon.

Great staff, awkward schedule - Five stars to John and Joseph, our cook and driver, for their dedication, great food, and mad working hours. The schedule of the tour was not the best - I booked a 2-day 1-night Amboseli trip. However, it took ages to pick up the other members of the group (maybe exact location info hadn't been passed on to the driver). The rest of the group was then going to the Masai Mara, so at the office they told me "given that the rest of the group is going elsewhere after Amboseli, you're going to have a very short game drive the 2nd day, then go back to Nairobi". Which, to be frank, is not my problem - if I paid for 2 days, it seems unfair that I would have to sacrifice part of my 2nd day. We ended up having a decent amount of time in Amboseli the 2nd day, thanks to the driver and the cook's dedication, which was incredible - woke up early, and committed to a late drive later that day. Overall I was happy with the tour, especially given it was a budget option.

You basically get a... - You basically get a driver and a cook for this tour. The car was not the best but it did the job - brought me to Amboseli from Nairobi safe and was able to do the game drives in the park as well. The drive from Nairobi to Amboseli, vice versa took over 7 hours! I was not at ease because there were a lot of cargo trucks and even saw a couple of road accidents on our way. I basically got a driver and not a guide as we basically drove through the roads in the park and it didn't feel like we're on a mission to spot animals. I was still lucky as we got to see a number of animals during the drives. I was really hoping to see Kilimanjaro but this time of the year is not the best to see it, a lot of clouds during the winter, so if you want a game drive with the might Kilimajaro in the background, do it during the summer. I would have to say that the cook prepared tasty food and was very kind and accommodating.

Horrific Experience!!!!!!! - Very unreliable!!! Unreliable vehicle that broke down in the safari leaving us stranded there after dark for hours. Luckily the Kibo lodge came to rescue us. That was not even the worst part. The following day Joseph asked another guide to take us to the safari which was amazing. Joseph told us to be back by 11:00 so he could take us back to Nairobi. Joesph never came back to pick us up leaving us stranded 5 hours away from Nairobi. No Ubers were to be found. We sat at Kibo for 8 hours, trying to find someone to take us back to Nairobi. We called the owner who was rude and unwilling to help get us a ride back to Nairobi. Kibo camp tried calling someone to take us back with but struggled to locate someone. We are still stranded. As I’m writing this review. 8 hours later. We have one day left in Africa and it has been ruined by this company. My wife and I are devastated. Do not use this company.

Not provided what we paid for, abandoned to find own transportation, unsafe, unreliable vehicle. - Horrible doesn’t describe it. Day one car broke down in National park (not controllable) and we were stuck there in the dark beyond closing time with zero communication until a “rescue” vehicle came to retrieve us, many hours wasted and stressful. Morning of day two we were told departing to return to Nairobi at 11am. At 5pm still sitting in hotel lobby, NO transportation from hotel to Nairobi, no explanation. We have called all the numbers, texted all the contacts, used the help chat, had the hotel call the driver, manager, contact numbers, we were told “20 minutes” numerous times between 11am and 4pm and hung up on just as many times. Finally we have managed to find a driver to pay (out of pocket) to take us back to Nairobi as our paid for tour has abandoned us. I strongly recommend you consider ALL other options before choosing this tour provider. If something goes awry you will be abandoned and on your own - it’s NOT easy to find your own transport from here to Nairobi and it’s EXPENSIVE. This was like throwing money away! Bright light to this tour is the lodge Kibo. So friendly, beautiful place, professional, spent all day trying to help us - gave us lunch and used their phone MANY times to make calls. Recommend staying at this lodge do not at all recommend the tour provider. If there was a zombie apocalypse and my choice was be eaten by a zombie or use this provider again - I choose the zombie - no hesitation.

Avoid this agency - I chose this agency as, among those with good rating, was slightly cheaper. Bad mistake. I went on an two day Amboseli tour from Nairobi with them. Below the issues I faced (I wish I had seen a honest review like this before booking): On day one the guide arrived with 40 minutes delay for the pickup, without alerting in advance about the delay, without apologizing nor giving explanations. I had paid for a private tour, instead there was also another person, but this was not an issue (just annoying that you pay for a private tour and they lie on the fact that it will only be you). Despite the delay in picking me up, instead of departing after picking up the other passenger, he brought us to their offices, as they were trying to sell the other passenger a tour to Uganda. Result: an hour sitting at their office before being finally able to leave. They charged more than previously indicated with hidden charges ("commission fees"). Once finally arrived in the park, with a 2-hour delay compared to schedule, the guide managed to put a wheel in a hole, so we had wait for more experiences drivers from other agencies to come rescue us. After that he brought us to the wrong lodge, i had to show him the printed email exchange with the agency to sort it out, other 30 minutes wasted. We bought our entrance pass for the park at 4pm! Of course, no time to enjoy the lodge (pool etc) as we were already behind schedule for the afternoon safari. The guide was a driver rather than a guide, did not explain anything, zero interaction. Also, he was constantly try to reduce the safari time compared to what was agreed, again I had to show him the printed itinerary. On day 2 he also brought us basically for the whole safari in an area where no other cars where (for a reason!), with zero animals. By the way, on the highway from Nairobi and back he was often talking in his phone while driving.. I hope this is useful to other fellow travellers, stay away from this agency!
