Best Kenyan safari company - We did a 4 days Kenyan safari to maasai mara and Lake Naivasha with my wife and kids. Everything was smooth from communication to execution of the safari. Our hotel was well located by the river and our guide Jeremy was so friendly and knowledgeable about the parks and animals. We shall book again with them once ready for more experiences

The tour was a topnotch my friends and I enjoyed every minute of the tour - We did a cycling safari through Hell’s Gate National Park with Unscripted Safaris, and it was the coolest experience ever! Riding bikes while seeing zebras and giraffes walking alongside us was surreal. It was an active, adventurous day, and we ended up hiking through the gorge too. If you want something active, I highly recommend it.

I enjoyed the whole adventure - Unscripted Safaris took our group on a three-day adventure through Samburu, and it was the perfect mix of wildlife, cultural experiences, and fun! We stayed in these awesome tented camp called Ashnil and even visited a local village where we learned about their traditions. On top of that, we saw elephants, leopard, and even an endangered Grevy’s zebra! I definitely recommend this little known park. Make sure you go swimming in the wild at Bufallo Springs pool.

Unscripted Safaris made sure I had the adventure of a lifetime. - As a solo traveler, I was worried about feeling isolated, but Unscripted Safaris made sure I had
the adventure of a lifetime. I went on a cultural tour mixed with game drives, and it was amazing.
I got to spend a day with the Maasai community and learn about their lifestyle. The safari drives
were action-packed, and the guides made me feel completely safe throughout.

We went on a family safari with unscripted safaris, - We went on a family safari to Maasai mara with Unscripted Safaris, and my younger siblings were
totally fascinated by the animals! The guides were amazing at keeping things educational but
super fun for the kids. We saw elephants, giraffes, and so many zebras. I think the highlight was
the picnic lunch by the river, where we spotted hippos!

in the Maasai Mara, and it was so much fun! From the campfires to the night-time sounds of
wildlife, we felt like we were part of nature. The guides were awesome, full of stories, and the
game drives were thrilling. We even spotted a pride of lions lounging near our camp one
evening!

Best Safari - My friends and I did a camping safari with Unscripted Safaris in Tsavo, and it was such an adventure. We spent our nights under the stars, listening to the sounds of wildlife, and our days spotting lions, elephants, and giraffes. The guides were super knowledgeable and made the whole experience feel safe and exciting.

Absolutely good - Our group went on a weekend getaway to Lake Nakuru with Unscripted Safaris, and it was the perfect escape. The flamingos were amazing, and the park is packed with wildlife. We stayed in a comfortable lodge and spent our days exploring the park with Daniel who knew everything about the local animals. It was such a peaceful yet adventurous trip.

Experience not up to the price - First of all I make a small clarification, fundamental: we are experienced travelers, we have traveled the world, it was not our first safari, we are Italians but we live in Africa (in a country much more difficult than Kenya).
Initially everything went well but then the problems started. After paying the 20% deposit, the manager, Lewis, informed us that the chosen tented camp was no longer available. This made us very angry because we had given up other companies that instead would have still offered us the stay in that structure. However, we decided to trust Lewis who offered us to stay at Zebra Plains Camp which, according to him, offered the same conditions. Working, we didn't have time to look in depth at this new structure but, at a quick glance, it still seemed adequate. Moreover, if you spend money with an agency you expect them to find the solutions that suit our needs, needs that we had well specified: clean, well maintained structure and quality food. In this case they had to offer us a structure with standards equal to the other previously chosen and that maintained the same conditions. Instead it was not so: poor food, low quality and full of flies and wasps; dirty structure, medium level and poorly maintained; bad quality tents with insects of all kinds inside (large spiders, wasps and frogs). Moreover, unlike the structure chosen earlier, this tented camp was located outside the Masai Mara camp. We made our representations to our Guide who replied that "we are in Africa and these are the conditions".
The Guide, Simon, is a poorly prepared and arrogant person. It was of no help to us. He barely spoke and waved and clipped his nails during the safari inside the car. He made up stupid new rules every day, saying that if we didn't follow them, we'd be fined and that we'd be charged. He knew nothing about our itinerary and always tried to make us do less things by saying that he was not aware of that particular activity or stage (which of course we had already paid for). You could see he didn't have much sympathy for us, but I remind Simon that this is his job, he goes on thanks to us tourists and that we pay him handsomely.
Overall the organization was of low quality. Even during the packed lunch inside the park we noticed little attention towards us, unlike all the other groups we met.
In short, avoid booking through this agency. They are very good at words, in the way they present the package, but they do not deserve your money.
