The safari begins with a pickup at your beach hotel or resort. We’ll take the Mombasa – Nairobi Highway, viewing farmlands and Kenya countryside along the way.
The route to Tsavo East is fairly short and upon reaching the park, we’ll stop for refreshments before heading out on our first game drive. You’ll feel the safari excitement as we rumble over the broad grasslands looking for the larger and smaller wildlife like eland, impala, giraffe, and zebra.

After our first taste of this legendary park, we’ll break for lunch and fortify ourselves for more great game viewing during the afternoon. The pace will be relaxed – there will be plenty of time to discover the big game during our 3-day safari.

As we track for the wildlife all about us in this massive park, we’ll also get to witness one of Africa’s blazing sunsets.

Tsavo East National Park, being the biggest park in Kenya, offers higher chances of spotting game due to its open vegetation. It is home to the unusual Tsavo lions that have males without the typical large manes. You might also observe elephants rolling in the park’s red-colored soil, enhancing their appearance as they make their way to one of the popular watering spots.
