Nairobi to Maasai Mara

Maasai Mara National Reserve - This park provides stunning views of wildlife and nature, famously depicted in the film “Out of Africa,” much of which was filmed in this wildlife sanctuary. A remarkable highlight is the annual migration of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles from the Serengeti plains, crossing the Tanzanian border and rivers to reach the Mara grasslands from late June. They are pursued by predators such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas, and are surrounded by vultures as their journey unfolds.

Upon arrival and check-in at the camp, enjoy a two-hour game drive. After the game drive, return to the campsite.

Full Day Game Drive at Maasai Mara

Maasai Mara National Reserve - After breakfast, embark on a full day of game viewing in this rich, tree-studded savannah grassland, home to over 450 species of wildlife and large herds of wildebeests and zebras. Spotting the Big 5 animals is highly likely on this full day. This reserve is Kenya’s premier park, featuring a well-developed network of roads that allow for close-range animal viewing. Enjoy lunch along the Mara River, observing the hippo pool and the site of the great wildebeest migration. In the evening, return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Maasai Mara to Lake Naivasha

Maasai Mara National Reserve - Begin with a pre-breakfast game drive in the park, then return to the camp or lodge for breakfast. After checking out, proceed to Lake Naivasha, arriving in the park in the evening and checking into the hotel.

Lake Naivasha to Lake Nakuru

Hell’s Gate National Park - After breakfast, visit Hell’s Gate National Park, the only park where you can walk or cycle. There are many optional activities available at an additional cost. Later, continue to Lake Nakuru, arriving in the evening.

Lake Nakuru to Amboseli National Park

Lake Nakuru National Park - After breakfast, enjoy a game drive in this bird sanctuary, often called the pink lake due to the abundance of bird species. Witness large flocks of flamingos and other wildlife such as waterbucks, black and white rhinos, buffaloes, and zebras. Later, proceed to Amboseli National Park, arriving in the evening and checking into your camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Full Day at Amboseli National Park

Amboseli National Park - After breakfast, enjoy a full day game drive in this park, which features swampy grounds where elephants and hippos swim. The park offers a panoramic view of Africa’s tallest mountain, Mt. Kilimanjaro, and has an endless underground water supply filtered through thousands of volcanic rocks.

Amboseli - Nairobi

Amboseli National Park - Enjoy a pre-breakfast game drive, then travel back to Nairobi with lunch en route, arriving in Nairobi in the evening.
