Nairobi to Aberdares
Aberdare National Park - Guests will be picked up from the airport or hotel and then depart for Aberdare National Park, arriving in time for lunch at Aberdare Country Club, the base hotel for The Ark Lodge. After lunch, they will be transferred to The Ark for game viewing and an overnight stay using the lodge’s vehicle. In the afternoon, guests can enjoy leisure time watching wildlife from the lodge’s balcony as animals visit the waterholes until evening. Note: Only a soft bag with overnight essentials is needed, as other luggage will be left at Aberdare Country Club. Guests will bid farewell to their guide, as they will not see them until the next morning when the lodge’s driver guides take over.

Aberdare to Lake Nakuru National Park
Lake Nakuru National Park - Morning tea will be served at 0630hrs before guests are transferred to the base hotel for breakfast. They will then meet their driver guide for the journey to Lake Nakuru National Park. Along the way, there will be a picnic stop at Thomson Falls and the Equator before proceeding to the park, arriving in time for lunch. After some leisure time, an evening game drive will commence at 1600hrs, returning to the lodge after sunset.

Nakuru to Masai Mara
Masai Mara National Reserve - At 0730hrs, after breakfast, guests will depart for Maasai Mara, traveling through the Great Rift Valley to arrive in time for lunch. After checking in and resting, an evening game drive will begin at 1600hrs and continue until sunset, followed by a return to the lodge for an overnight stay.

Masai Mara full day
Masai Mara National Reserve - Guests will explore the Mara for a full day, departing in the morning after breakfast around 8:30 am. This exciting day allows ample time to appreciate the region’s abundant wildlife through game drives. Common sightings include zebra, wildebeest, topi, hippos, leopards, lions, and cheetahs. An optional balloon safari is available at an additional cost, often described as a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Once airborne, guests may not want to come down, and upon landing, a champagne breakfast awaits. Each game drive offers a unique experience, and missing one means missing out on the fun. Optional activities at extra cost include a visit to the Maasai Boma to learn about their culture. Enjoy a picnic lunch served at the Mara River, then return to the lodge for an overnight stay.

Masai Mara to Nairobi
Masai Mara National Reserve - After an early breakfast, guests will check out and depart for Nairobi, enjoying a picnic lunch en route. Drop-off will be at the airport.

The journey begins in Nairobi, heading towards Aberdares National Park. This park is known for its stunning, steep forested ravines and expansive moorland. It is home to a variety of wildlife, including elephants, black rhinos, leopards, spotted hyenas, olive baboons, black and white colobus monkeys, buffalos, warthogs, and bushbucks, among others. The night will be spent at the Ark, where wildlife frequently visit the waterhole in front of the lodge, offering easy viewing opportunities.
Lake Nakuru, situated in the Great Rift Valley, is a renowned destination for bird watching and is home to a rhino sanctuary and big cats like lions and leopards. The rare Rothschild giraffe can also be spotted here.
The final destination is the Masai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya’s most famous tourist attraction. It boasts the highest wildlife concentration per square kilometer, the Big Five, and the annual wildebeest migration.
