The best tour guide Festus - The tour guide was on time, arrived with a friendly patient demeanour. He was professional and kind, well educated on the animals and gave good information throughout the safari. He was very funny, and nice to chat with. We were able to see so many animals, to name a few - Antelope, Giraffes, Rhinos, Zebras, 2 species of monkeys, guinea fouls, water buffalo’s and so much more. He’s truly passionate about his job, and he doesn’t rush to ensure you have a lovely experience. He’s the best tour guide we’ve had out in Nairobi, Kenya. This is a safari worth doing.. His name is Festus Kazungu ! Was a pleasure

Amazing Time! - I just got back from this adventure yesterday with my family and we had a wonderful time! Our tour guide Black Santa was very knowledgeable and shared information about all of the sites that we were passing on our way to Nakuru National Park. Once in the park he made sure we got to see all of the different types of wildlife available. The photos are absolutely incredible. We ended the tour with a peaceful ride on Lake Naivasha where we saw even more wildlife. I 10/10 recommend adding this to your Kenya itinerary.

Amazing Safari Memories - Overall the trip was amazing with great views of animals and scenery. Our tour guide Samuel communicated early about pick up time and expectations. He picked us up on time in a comfy safari vehicle and was very courteous in explaining Lake Nakuru Park details and answered many of our questions. He included occasional stretch breaks during the 2 hour ride from Nairobi to Lake Nakuru Park. Once we reached the park he started providing lots of details of types of animals and birds we would see which he mostly spotted and pointed to us. He was constantly listening to radio and took us on game drives where we had a high chance to see Rhinos and Giraffe. He always gave us more time to soak in the views never rushing us to move forward. Lake Naivisha has spectacular views, highly recommend doing the boat ride with incredible views of many birds up close with hippos as well. Totally worth every penny, thanks to our guide Samuel for incredible memories we created on this safari.

Not bad, but not many flamingos nowadays - Had an enjoyable time at Nakuru National Park and Lake Navaisha. Sighted rare lioness and got to see many pelicans and flamingo. Flamingos were the differentiating reason I went Nakuru. But due to climate change, not many are there now sadly. Hence, will recommend to visit Nairobi National Park since it it much closer if you just wanna see land animals. Also, my driver/guide, Victor, was amazing. Accomodating and an excellent driver.

Lake Nakuru Tour - Sam was an amazing tour guide and highly accommodative of any special requests! He was knowledgeable about the flora and fauna and had a special book for additional detail. We saw all of the top animals and got to see a feeding frenzy with a load of lions and hyenas. Amazing experience!

Definitely a must! - Had an amazing trip to Nakuru and Lake Navaisha! My tour guide, known as Black Santa was great - very friendly and knowledgeable about the animals and Kenya as a whole, and navigated the pretty crazy Kenyan roads very well. I saw so much wildlife - zebras (loads!), giraffes, buffalo, some flamingos (but a lot fewer than some pics on the internet show), rhinos and even some lionesses, among others, as well as lots of hippos on the Lake Navaisha boat ride. The drive to Nakuru was a little over three hours, but totally worth it. I was on such a high when I got back.

Beautiful surroundings and plenty of wildlife in just one day - We had an excellent day around beautiful, peaceful Lake Nakuru. The national park offers much more than the famous flamingos; we saw plenty of wildlife while enjoying the surroundings. Samuel was a highly knowledgeable guide who really made an effort to give us the best possible wildlife sightings. The boat trip on Lake Naivasha was a pleasant change after many hours of driving. Also a great trip (and great guide) for bird lovers

Lake Nagaru - It's a day trip from Nairobi. It's a 2 hour drive without traffic in the morning but 3.5 hrs with traffic returning back. our driver/guide Albert is very nice and knowledgeable. He was very through with animals and answered all our questions patiently. But don't go to Lake Nakuru with the intention of seeing thousands of Flamingos. Majority of them migrated to Lake Bogoria several years ago as per our guide due to change in water. Lake Bogoria is 100 Kms from Lake Nakuru and if you want to see thousands of Flamingo, you need to go there. We did see some Flamingos but also we did see a lot of black rhinos which are more in number than even Masai Mara. we also saw a lot of lions, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes and pelicans

Great day out!!! - From start to finish had a great experience with Black Santa our tour guide… nothing was to much to ask of him…he made sure we had the best time ever and his knowledge of the areas and animals we visited on the day was first class…the boat ride around crescent island on lake Naivasha was well worth the extra payment as you got up close to the wonderful hippos and some great sights on the water and around the island… Chris our boat tour guide was amazing also with his local knowledge and knew all the best places to go on the lake… even got an eagle to flyover and pick up some fish he had thrown out the boat… was a fantastic sight. All in all had a great day out

Would thoroughly recommend - We couldn't have had a better tour guide, 'Black Santa' was friendly and helpful and really told us a lot about the animals and made sure we had the best experience. He was flexible to our needs and wishes about toilet breaks, food and stopping for photos. He's excellent! (The only negative thing was the way to pay for the entrance fee to the lake, which is via an app. I had enough money on all my cards I tried 3 different cards entered all the information and it wouldn't let me confirm payment after confirming it with the banks. In the end our guide got the manager to send me a direct link which worked but that government payment site needs fixing. ) But apart from that difficulty, the experience was truly wonderful and exceeded my expectations. The optional boat trip is not to be missed, it was the best way to end the day and I we saw a number of animals up close.
