The expansive plains are characterized by rusty, red dust and large herds of elephants that enjoy rolling in it, giving themselves a rosy hue. Visit the waterholes where wildlife seeks refuge from the park’s dry conditions.

Tsavo East to Tsavo West National Park
Tsavo West National Park - Following an early breakfast at the lodge, enjoy a morning game drive in Tsavo East Park. Then, travel to Tsavo West, arriving in time for lunch at the lodge.
In the afternoon, embark on another game drive. Visit the water-fed oasis of Mzima Springs, a lush sanctuary home to hippos, crocodiles, exotic fish, and a popular spot for the park’s other thirsty wildlife.

Tsavo West to Mombasa
Mombasa - Start the day with an early morning game drive to spot wildlife. Return to the lodge for breakfast, then check out and drive back to Mombasa/Diani, arriving in the late afternoon.
