Tsavo East is predominantly flat, featuring semi-arid grasslands and savannahs where various wildlife species can be observed, with dry plains traversed by the Galana River. Notable landmarks include the Yatta Plateau and Lugard Falls.
Wildlife sightings are always a matter of chance, with a good likelihood of seeing the red elephants of Tsavo, various antelope species, zebras, warthogs, giraffes, and more. The park is also rich in biodiversity and bird species.
At 12:30 pm, take a 2-hour lunch break at Sentrim Tsavo Camp, enjoying the stunning scenery. At 2:30 pm, embark on an afternoon game drive, exiting via Bachuma Gate at 4:30 pm. Arrive back in Mombasa by 6:30 pm for drop-off at the respective hotel or place of residence.
