Mombasa to Tsavo National Park and Game Drives
Tsavo East National Park - Guests are picked up from their hotel or the airport and driven to Tsavo East National Park via the Mombasa-Nairobi Trans-African Highway, entering through the Bachuma Gate. Enjoy a game drive on the way to the lodge, arriving in time for lunch. After checking in and resting, depart the lodge at 3:30 pm for an evening game drive through the Voi main gate, continuing until 6:00 pm. This is an opportunity to see a variety of wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, numerous elephants, and possibly the Big Cats. Dinner and rest follow.
Full Game Drive in Tsavo East National Park
Tsavo East National Park - After breakfast, embark on a game drive through various sections of the park, focusing on the loop side, which is swampy and home to many animals. Visit the pipeline area, where elephants gather around water holes for mud bathing. Later, explore the Luggard Falls and Yatta Plateau.
