Great tour!! - Bruce gave my husband and I an amazing tour. He had tons of facts about the different things we saw on our tour. Would definitely recommend taking the tour with him!!

Great Trolley ride. - Jeff explained a lot about Ketchikan. Amazing what a story the Totem poles tell. Beautiful area. Fun riding on the trolley car even though it was cold , blankets were available.

Needs better start-point directions - The driver was fun, with a great narration. However, they assumed everyone knows where the Visitor Center is and is in the ship at that specific berth. I wasn’t, so nearly missed the trip since my berth was nowhere near the center. Need better start point directions!

Very disappointed at the route we took to see wildlife. - I was very disappointed with the route we took. When we went to sign up for the tour, the salesman selling the tickets said they were seeing alot of bears this morning. So we signed up. They took us 5 miles down the road and had us get out right off the side of the road to look at into the bay area to look for wild life. This was a busy road. There was no way wild life would enter the road. Then we were taken to another very shallow body of water only to maybe see some bears. This is the same area where the drivers of the tour buses live in trailers. Bears are not likely to walk into this area where there is so many people milling around. The bears are smarter then that. Right next to this area was a gift shop and a wood shop where they carve out totem poles. I asked the girl at the gift shop if we can expect to see any bears are Alaskan Wildlife. She said: " Not likely in this area in the middle of the day with hundreds of people walking around" I must say our tour guide was very nice and informative though. I felt misled. How do the owners of this company NOT know that it is likely you will NOT see any wildlife at these spots, and a lady working in the gift shop knows that it is not likely wildlife will frequent the area? Save your money.

Don't do it - Do not waste your money. This is the worst rip off I've ever experienced. You will not see any wildlife and have to put up with a freezing dirty bus and stupid jokes. Just walk creek street and get back on the ship, there is nothing to see in Ketchikan!

THE WORST TOUR OF ALL TIME - without a doubt the WORST tour i have ever done. would give this 0 stars if possible. they tell you they're taking you to a wildlife preserve but what they actually take you to is a pond just outside of a wildlife preserve and tell you that theres probably bears inside. we drove 30 minutes each way for them to let us stand there and wait 5 minutes before giving up and forcing us back on the trolley. we then drive to the totem city where we have an 50 minutes to look at 6 totems (why so much time, give us 50 minutes to look for bears instead of 5??). there was also a "rainforest hike" which was a 20 meter path through some trees next to a car park that just looped from where the totems were to the entrance of the car park. not a rainforest. we understand they can never guarantee you'll see bears but when they only give you 5 minutes in a 2 hour tour to look for bears in a spot where bears don’t go, you can guarantee that you WONT see bears. we were absolutely swindled by the people promoting this tour on the docks. DO NOT GO ON THIS TOUR.

Don’t waste your money on this tour - a total let down - Our family of 5 took this tour when we got off our ship in Ketchikan having not booked any excursions for this port. We wish we had stuck to our original plan to just wander the town because we (along with everyone else on the tour) felt we had “been had” spending $65usd per person for zero return. The tour was a total let down with a freezing cold 20-30 minute trolley ride to stand on the side of some random pond and see nothing at all. After that total disappointment we were driven to a “rainforest “ which was literally a short nature path adjacent to the car park. The totem pole park was also a major let down and we headed back to the trolley and waited with all the other passengers and discussed how we all felt so duped. We understand that seeing bears wasn’t guaranteed but we saw nothing …absolutely nothing. Do not waste your money on this toir.

Not good. Not good at all. - I had high hopes. We bought this tour right off the cruise ship with the hopes of seeing bears. We'll, we didn't see a single bear. Our tour guide wasn't surprised either. When she noticed our disappointment, she offered to show us a video of the bears she saw last month, the last time she saw bears on a tour. They took us to a small pull off from the road, right in between a bunch of houses. I understand there is no guarantee that you will see bears, but they took us to the one place in town where there are no bears. The tour guide was not knowledgeable or professional. I cannot understate how much I do not recommend this scam tour. Horrible.
