Really good. - This tour was very good. Rebecca, our guide was both very helpful and informative. We saw wildlife, the Salmon run and where they come to die at the end of their arduous journey. As an added bonus we got to see Humpback whales feeding also Would recommend this tour.

Great tour, highly recommend. - Great experience, guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She took her time showing and explaining every place she took us and gave us plenty of time to visit each stop.

Just perfect! - The tour was perfect for us. Our guide Dan took us from place to place with confidence. We really saw everything worth seeing, the salmon stairs, sea lions, the waterfall, the heritage village and also a bear.... Which was super nice that Dan also told a lot of private stuff. We were a small harmonic group, and it fit perfectly. Thank you Dan. We will recommend you to others.

Thoughtful perspective on area’s people and history - Dan, our guide, was fantastic. His connection to the land and people of the area made for a thoughtful perspective that we appreciated. He has a lot of knowledge about the history of the area and I felt like there wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer — exactly what we want in a guide. Thanks Dan!

We saw the salmon run and a bear and totems as promised. - Our guide was passionate about his life in Ketchican and his very close connection to the indigenous people in the area. We saw the salmon run and a bear and totems as promised, but the stories and the education that accompanied those sighting is invaluable.

A good way to spend an afternoon seeing the sights - Four long-time friends, all of us senior citizens, booked this trip through TripAdvisor and it was a pretty good way to spend an afternoon. We were picked up at the dockside by our guide/driver, and she then drove us around all of the sights as per the itinerary we were given at the time of booking. We enjoyed what we saw and did, and the trip was good value for money.

Didn't feel like a polished/professional tour. - Didn't appreciate being made to feel like we were late when we were at the meeting spot 10 minutes before the meeting time. We didn't see anyone holding a sign for our tour and were checking with another guide to see if they knew anything. Then our guide walks up and mentions she was thinking she'd have to leave without us. Apparently, she had been over at the van with the other 4 clients. All in all, to me at least, the tour seemed a bit haphazard and unprofessional. She didn't offer binoculars so I had to ask. Never offered water or snacks. OR, perhaps she did all that before my companion and I showed up, and didn't bother to repeat the information once everyone was in the van. Disappointed.

Great place ok tour - It was a nice adventure and went to some nice locations but we were off schedule as the tour guide spent to much time talking to people about her family.

Caveat Emptor! - 10/1- Credit Card Charged. 10/3- Cruise ship diverted from Port of Call due to hazardous weather conditions. Requested a refund. Viator takes the money and runs. (Cancellations need to be made prior to 24 hours or the tour. No refunds.) Stick with the ship excursions
