A fabulous tour - We were so lucky to have Dan as our guide. His knowledge of the history and sights in this area was great. He shared his family Haida stories with us and took us to some wonderful places. We met on time at the pierside and he dropped us off in town at our request. All in all a great experience. Thank you.

Clan Love - Rebecca gave us a one-of-a-kind experience of Ketchikan through an Indigenous lens. Her love for the land was deeply personal and familial and she shared that passion and joy with us. Highly recommend.

Wonderful tour!! - Our family really enjoyed this tour! Our guide was a native of the area and gave us so much information! My #1 goal for this trip was to see a bear, and it was our first stop and as luck would have it, we saw 2! I will upload my photos later. Thanks so much for being so accommodating. Highly recommend!

Unique experience with a great guide! - We really enjoyed our tour with Marcella! Enjoyed seeing all the wildlife but also really enjoyed all of our guide's commentary. She has so much personal knowledge about the area and it was so interesting and educational to hear about the area from her perspective.

Not worthwhile. - Overpriced. We rode a van to a stream outside of town presumably to see bears which apparently rarely show. Then we rode down the street to see an unremarkable waterfall. Finally ended up at the Totem Heritage Center. Save your $ and take a taxi to the Totem Heritage Center and skip the rest.

Need a better guide - This tour would have been much better if our guide was even a little interested in what he was doing. He showed up without a sign and was walking around with his dog looking for people from our tour. Some waited 30 minutes for him because he didn’t have a sign and couldn’t find him. He dumped us off at the creek to look for bears and just leaned against a van the whole time. I got most of my info from the other tour guides that were there. They were at least interested/interesting.

WORST EXCURSION EVER - We started of with a late pickup and drove to the famous salmon ladder. The tour guide was mumbling words and we couldn’t hear him. We saw nothing. No bears no wildlife everything else was just driving on the outskirts of Ketchikan. If I could I would give it a zero. Don’t go.
