Walk retired husky sled dogs? Yes please! - If I could pay for a billboard in town telling everyone to go on this tour, I would. What better way to get an overview of Ketchikan than with dogs!!! The guide was amazing, super laid back, didnt talk from a script, and was open to all questions. This was booked directly with the company and not through our cruise as an excursion. It wasn't offered through the cruise as we wanted to ensure the monies were kept local. I wish more people did their own research instead of just relying on the cruise directly, who keeps some of the money. The dogs were super friendly to everyone in town, the other dogs and shop owners. We were stopped many times by other people touring around town, asking to pet and take pictures of the dogs. When people found out that we were on a tour, they asked if they could join or when the next one was. They currently offer one tour per day as their huskies are retired sled dogs and one need one walk per day. Book now!

A wonderful experience! - This tour was one of the highlights of our Alaska trip. We loved learning about the town at a leisurely pace from a true local. We also heard some of the background of the dogs and sled dog culture too. Scarlet and Quinn were just adorable! This was an easy to do excursion and we learned so much about the history and current life of Ketchikan that you are just never going to hear about when you wander around on your own. We liked it so much we would do it again if we come back!

Walking with friends. - Reanne was knowledgeable, friendly and fun. Walking with the dogs, Scarlet and Quinn, was fun, their communication skills are second to none, especially when treats are close at hand.

We may have sniffed everything in Ketchikan. - Our family very much enjoyed the tour and spending time with Raeann and her four legged friends. We saw some wonderful sights, learned some interesting things and made a bunch of friends along the way. Would recommend this tour for all and well worth the cost and effort.

Great tour! - Loved the small group experience and meeting the sweetest huskies! I learned a lot on the tour and appreciate all the knowledge/insights from our guide. It was a great way to get away from the busy port area (4 cruise ships in that day) and learn some interesting history.

Huskies Are Always the Answer! ★★★★★ (5/5) - I recently had the privilege to experience the "Husky Tales and Feats Tour in Ketchikan," it was nothing short of marvelous!! Walking around while gaining insight into the rich Alaskan history, culture, and locals felt like a unique, immersive adventure enriched by the delightful company of energetic huskies! Our daughter (1.5 years) loved the tour and with a little effort, it was stroller-friendly. The best path had stairs and we carried the baby and had help with the stroller.
