Best Alaskan experience! - The entire experience was amazing. We got picked up right at the dock, and from there the process was so smooth. Our pilot was wonderful, very knowledgeable and the views were incredible. Worth every penny. Thank you Liz and Jonathan!!

An amazing ride - The helicopter ride at Ketchikan was alot of fun and smooth. The team made it easy for my friend and l. They were always in contact with us. We were picked up and dropped off at the cruise port. We got to take beautiful pictures of beautiful Ketchikan.

Awesome Experience! - This was an amazing experience! From the communication before hand, to Liz picking us up right by our cruise ship, to the helicopter tour itself, we had thoroughly enjoyed this tour. We had never been in a helicopter before and our first time experience did not disappoint. Shawn was our pilot and he was great! His love for Ketchikan was obvious as he talked to us and pointed out the things he didn’t want us to miss. We saw some beautiful lakes and waterfalls, mountain goats and got to land on top of a mountain for breathtaking views. We would definitely do this tour again!

Fun flight and beautiful views - Jonathan took us on a 20 min flight around Ketchikan. The views were amazing. He made the nervous people in our group feel safe and relaxed. I would highly recommend this activity for anyone who has a free hour in Ketchikan!

Very enjoyable - Very personable people that work there. We would love to do it again should we come back. We encourage people to book a longer flight.

Be aware which tour you book - The helicopter trip was awesome, the pilots and staff were very friendly however be very careful when booking that you are actually booking the tour you are wanting. Everything on viator showed we booked the Combo tour which is a 30 minute flight and the listing description when we booked said it as well. When we got picked up, they showed the listing which has the combo in bold but below in small print they said we actually booked the roundabout tour which is only 10 minutes. After getting to the business location they offered us a 10% discount if we wanted to book a longer tour. We ended up booking a longer flight which cost almost an additional $200 and had to pay a credit card fee. In the end it felt like we were getting a little ripped off and was honestly frustrating. If we booked a tour through viator and the listing was wrong, I do not feel that it is my fault and I would have appreciated to know when I booked back in May. I shouldn't have to find out once I am in the van heading to the location that there was a weird booking, have to pay a credit card fee (one of which viator doesn't charge), and not get to go on the same flight tour I booked. This definitely detracted from the experience. Once again, the staff, pilots, and helicopters were top notch and friendly. We felt safe throughout the one of a kind experience. We landed on a beach because clouds didn't allow the platform landing. Just be extra aware when booking that the listing may be incorrect or formatted in a way that may be tricky.

Worst excursion - This is one of the worst experiences. The tour time was literally 10 minutes. Not worth the money spent. Do yourself a favor and book another excursion

Not worth the time and money - Not worth the trip .. 5 min flight time… to much money for the flight time.. look for something better ..that was the roundabout
