Upon pickup, you’ll be offered water, pretzels, and small candy, which will also be available at each stop. Katlyn will provide a brief city tour on the way to Herring Cove, where you can see local wildlife such as black bears, deer, eagles, whales, seals, and salmon. You’ll have 30-45 minutes to take pictures and ask questions about the wildlife. The next stop is a waterfall, perfect for photos and exploring some rainforest. The final stop is Rotary Beach, where you can look for starfish, crabs, and sea anemones. (Note: this beach is rocky). There is room to store a wheelchair in the back of the van. Waterproof shoes are highly recommended.
