Great Customer Service and Experience! - Ketchikan is an incredible destination with breathtaking views. Our guide, Keith, took us to Totem Bight State Park where we saw many totem poles and a community clanhouse. Spectacular views in every direction. We also went to an area where there were several bears fishing and catching fish right out of the river! Eagles could be found nearly everywhere we stopped. Awesome experience with Clarke - We had a fantastic experience with our own private tour, thanks in large part to Clarke. Awesome self guided tour - Christopher was awesome. We went to no less than 4 places that the ship offered as “independent “ tours. To see what we saw using the ship excursion pkg, we would have had to pay for 4 separate excursions. Christopher was engaging, very accommodating, informative and entertaining. Can’t rate this excursion high enough!!!

CHRIS: BEST TOUR GUIDE EVER!!!! - Chris is very nice and funny guy. Very knowledgeable of Alaska. Took us around Ketchikan to some very nice viewpoints and told us a lot of stories and information from each part. He had a great personality, made us feel very comfortable and welcomed, and it was worth every penny.

Ketchikan 2.5 hour tour - Tour guide Christopher gave an excellent commentary during our Ketchikan & environs tour. We shared his clean & very comfortable modern van with another couple during which he was most kind & helpful. A highlight was viewing a one in several years chance sighting of a black bear crossing creek with several swimming salmon downtown Ketchikan.

Fantastic day - What a great day with Clark leading the way. First of all he was great with suggestions and eliciting what we were most interested in. Then he guided us to even more than we thought of. To get an idea of the lengths they go to maximize the trip, he stopped to buy bait to bring bald eagles in to land. He would throw it out and watch the birds land. Then he brought us up to a waterfall where we hiked up so that we could drink right from the stream above, amazing. He also seemed to know everyone so gave us great insight. Thanks again Clarke, you were a rock star!!

Amazing sites in Ketchikan! - What a great experience we had with Clark and Chris! They were so nice and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day! The tour was absolutely amazing. We saw fantastic sites, they were so knowledgeable, and the vans were easily accessible for getting in and out at a moments notice. From the moment we started to the moment it ended we never worried about a thing. We saw a bear, eagles, mountains, beaches, salmon, and so much more. Thank you so much for a great family day!
