Alaskan Fishing Trip with Friends - Excellent experience. Myself and a group of fishing buddies had a great time and learned many great cooking ideas to prepare our uncaught fish! We packed a lot of fish home after numerous days of fishing after the class and really glad we did this!! This is worth it for fisherman who plan to bring a lot of meat home!

Best decision ever, just book it already! - Emily was such a great host/teacher. The skills we learned during this class were able to be duplicated back at home with EXTREME success and is now my son's favorite dish! I would highly recommend this cooking class to anyone who wants to take home some local flavor from Ketchikan and share it with the ones you love for many years to come. Thank you so much Emily, you are amazing!

Salmon cooking class - I had a wonderful time. Her class was fun and informative. Learned a lot of information about Salmon. Each of us had chance to join in on the preparing and cooking the dishes. The reciepes used were both easy and tasty. Great cooking instructor, good food and good company. I enjoyed the class and hope to do another one with Emily in the future.

Fun and Delicious - Chef and assistant were cute, friendly, and fun. Everything we made was delicious. The salmon cakes were my favorite. The sauces were easy and yummy. Not sure if the boom boom was my favorite or the dilly dip. This is my first visit to Ketchikan and this cooking class was a highlight of the trip. Sign up. You will be glad you did!
