Your adrenalin will be pumping when you captain a four- or six-passenger Zodiac, a rigid-hulled inflatable boat offering speed and agility. The adventure begins with a tour by van through historic downtown Ketchikan. Look out the windows as your scenic drive travels past totem poles, Saxman Native Village, and the beautiful coastline of the Tongass Narrows to the Beaver Falls Salmon Cannery. Upon arrival, breathe in the fresh air as you walk the mystical rainforest trail to the Zodiac. After a safety briefing, you’ll bundle up in rain gear, rubber boots and a life jacket, step inside the sturdy Zodiac and follow your guide out to the beautiful George Inlet Fjords. Soak up the pristine scenery, and marvel at the rich wildlife. After cruising for 90 minutes, you’ll return to the cannery for a complimentary flight of 49th state craft beers or sodas and a snack!

Zodiac nature adventure - Fantastic experience! Brandon was a great guide. Beautiful scenery, including, a whale spotting, seals and a close up of a bald eagle. Driving the Zodiac was fun too.

One of the best adventures I’ve had! - This was absolutely amazing!!! So much to see. So much fun! Our guide Brandon was great and so knowledgeable. He brought some bate and would throw it in the water for the bald eagles! We’ve never been so close to a bald eagle before. It was the adventure of a lifetime! Also the flight of cider was fantastic. If you go ask for Brandon! Also just book it. You won’t regret it.

Stunning Day boating George Inlet with Wildlife - Had an absolutely gorgeous day out on the water with our guide Turkey. Little choppy to start then the water calmed as we cruised into George Inlet for some Eagle spotting, harbor seal viewing and searching for humpbacks. There was also possibility of black bear with the salmon still running. We did however see infinite amount of Salmon jumping out of the water all around us. We circled the inlet and had hopes of humpbacks, even a spout sighting but nothing close. It was still an amazing experience to take hold of the boat and drive around such a stunning place! We were also treated with a beer/wine/non alcoholic taster and snack to finish our fantastic time. Highly recommend this tour.

Cool route with zodiac! - This zodiac tour was fun, active and full of sights! Our guide 'Turkey' first showed us the beautiful nature around the Canary Wharf before giving us a good, serious safety briefing. Then: hit the water with a cool zodiac. Send yourself, but of course follow the guide. Beautiful tour with a chance to see a lot of wildlife, for us that remained with some seals and some salmon. Unfortunately the baldeagle was out, the bears were looking for salmon (by the river) and the whales were just a bit further away. But, anyway enjoyed the weather, the surroundings and the super fun and cool trip.
Thx Turkey! A job well done!
Afterwards enjoyed a local delicacy and drinks tasting. Top experience!

Highlight of Alaskan Cruise - Definitely the highlight of my 7 day Alaskan cruise! Brandon was an amazing guide...extremely knowledgeable and full of positive energy!
I was navigating the boat alongside a pod of four Orcas! Incredible experience, so beautiful. They actually surfaced and we followed alongside for quite some time. All my best to you, Brandon!

Had a great time - Had a great time. Weather wasn't perfect, but it was still fun. We saw a few harbor seals, a few eagles. Even saw a salmon jump out of the water. We were lucky enough to have Emily as our guide driving our boat instead of one of us driving.

Fantastic fun experience - From beginning to end this was a fantastic and fun experience. Our tour guide Emily was energetic, and very knowledgeable and passionate about the flora and fauna of the local area. Our time on the water was thrilling. We saw eagles and seals along the way with beautiful lush mountains all a round you. The snack and beer tasting at the end was an unexpected treat. Highly recommend for those who want to see the beauty of Alaska from the water .

Best Excursion of our Alaska Cruise! - We booked this excursion from our Holland America Alaska cruise. It was the best excursion of our trip! It was very cool to be able to drive your own Zodiac boat around the Georg Inlet. Brandon was a phenomenal guide and took us to locations where we could see eagles, harbor seals, and black tail deer. My only complaint was that the excursion didn't last longer. The beer samples at the end were delicious and we were also pleasantly surprised with the samples of Alaska soda This is a must do excursion if your cruise stops in Ketchikan!

Zodiac Quest with teen - We had an excellent adventure on the Zodiac tour with Brandon. We saw Bald Eagles feeding, seals, and a salmon creek. Riding though the inlet was a blast!
Valerie provided us with a snack of local game sausage and cheese. Our party also enjoyed samplers including local soft drinks, beers, wine, and cider. Excellent selection for any preference!
We enjoyed the whole experience, particularly with a teen.

Awesome time!!! - We just took this tour last week while we were in Ketchikan. It was our family of 5 and one other family, so just 2 boats which was really nice. Out of the 3 tours we did in Alaska, this was my family's favorite. We had Brandon for our guide and he was very personable and knowledgeable about the area. Driving the zodiac boat was a blast and very easy! The inlet was absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. We saw seals and a few deer, but the highlight were the eagles! I was able to get video of the eagle swooping down to catch the fish. It was really cool. Didn't see any whales, but didn't really expect to. I highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to see stunning scenery and some wildlife.
