Join us for some unforgettable diving on pristine reefs and notorious wrecks in the beautiful John Pennekamp Coral Reef Park Marine Reserve. At Silent World Scuba we pride ourselves on making your diving experience the best possible! We keep our dive trips to a maximum of 18 passengers, so each diver has the comfort, space and personal attention deserved. Don’t forget to ask our staff what their favorite local Florida Keys restaurants are so you can sample the local catch or the famous Key Lime Pie!
To participate in our Two Tank Key Largo Dive Trip you must:

Have at minimum your Junior Open Water Diver Certification or Open Water Certification.
(Not certified - No trouble! See our Discover Scuba Diving Option) - Have gone Scuba Diving within the past year.
- Have 18 hours after finishing the scuba diving experience before flying
- Have a dive buddy or hire a dive guide.
- Review our Cancellation Policy.
- All divers under 18 years of age must dive with a parent or guardian or hire a dive guide.
After booking please contact Silent World Scuba if you would like to hire a dive guide.

Son's 1st Scuba Trip - Amazing trip. Took my 10yr old son for his first diving experience and we couldn't have asked for a better time. Dockside and boat crew were very helpful. We can't wait to book our next trip with them.

BEST IN KEY LARGO - Professional, personal - a first class operation! Staff was attentive and responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve done many dives with many operators all over the world and SILENT WORLD ranks right at the top! Boats are newer and clean, and dive shop is RIGHT at the boat. They have games and plenty of shade while you get equipment etc. I will DEFINITELY go back and would highly recommend. Plus, Shelby (management) was so sweet and a pleasure to deal with. And captain Mike was amazing.

Will be back - Came recommend by several folks in one of the scuba Facebook groups and we are really glad we listened.
They knew our names before we introduced ourselves and helped us test our new regs on their shore tanks for leaks or issues. Capt. Bob was a great captain and his 1st Mate, Kevin, was incredibly helpful with getting us situated and in the water. We felt safe and looked after the whole time. I would say that the only negative aspect was that their small retail shop was lacking in price tags and selection. The staff member behind the counter was new and had to make phone calls to figure out how to price thin and check us out. Not a big deal really, we came for the diving and we look forward to our next trip with them.

Great Crew - I am a scuba diving instructor from Michigan. I am down in the Keys for a two week trip. Week one is with my 17 year old daughter and week two is with a group of young divers I trained in Michigan (ages 10-13). I did three trips with Silent World. This is a great dive company to use if you are new or a novice diver. Their staff is amazing and it is worth the extra money to hire a dive guide to direct you around the reefs. Their captains are experienced and knowledgeable and will look at conditions and shift to a different part of the reef if need be. Captain Bob was my captain for two of the journeys. He is a Keys mainstay and just a fantastic captain. My dive guides for the three trips included Kim, Shrek, and Gabe. All three were top notch, knowledgeable, and got us around the reef. Gabe was our dive guide and helped when I had the group of young divers in the water. He was awesome and my divers had a blast. Silent World is at the top of my list of recommendations for any of my students who are headed down to the Keys to go diving.

The Best choice for Diving or Snorkeling! - Three awesome days of diving (6 dives)with Silent World! Captains Caesar and Bob were great! We liked the way they asked us where we had been in order for us to dive new locations. First mates and dive masters Kevin, Jeremy And Tim were extremely helpful from getting gear ready to helping get on and off the boat. The three ladies in the shop were super friendly and we enjoyed visiting with them also. They were very knowledgeable about the reefs and wrecks and made great suggestions.
Their boat The Phoenix was clean and supplied well for everyone. It wasn’t a huge boat but was perfect for great personal service.
I can’t say enough good things about Silent World Divers. If you are anywhere close to Key Largo and interested in diving or snorkeling I would highly recommend giving them a call.

SCUBA trip with family - Great SCUBA diving trip to Washington City and Horsehoe, two great dive sites. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife had some sea sickness and they were incredibly helpful and helped her get through it.

Great dive outfitter - Great outfitter! They know what they are doing. They keep it safe, but let you do your own thing. Guided trips are also available.

Extremely frustrating. Do not reccomend. - Dive operator with decent equipment and safety protocols and easy online booking. Online booking clearly states destination dive site, in this case Christ of the Abyss. Trip was planned around diving that particular site on that particular day. Once headed out on boat we just simply didn't go where the dive was booked to go. We went to some very crappy reef instead and no explanation was given. I understand when conditions dictate changing dive sites, this happens from time to time and captains have always communicated and apologized. No communications at all or even acknowledgement of the bait/switch. Plus I learned later that dive site was open and functioning fine and we could have gone there. Dove a whole week in the keys and hit every site on the life list and it was all great, except for the asterisk which says "Missed Jesus Christ monument underwater due to dive operator and will never see it in my life because I was only going to be here once" Very frustrating. Do not recommend.
